We purchased the same refrigerator three years earlier but in the much larger size. I hated the way it stuck out into my kitchen walkway and wished I had immediately returned it for something smaller. We finally decided to replace that one with a counter depth one and while it doesn't have the large capacity of our first one, we really love the extra 8 inches we gained back in our walkway. We still have the original one - it's just in the garage now. Overall we've been very satisfied with the Samsung brand and would definitely buy again.

Very pleased with this refridgerator. Very spacious inside, and well designed door pockets. I really like the led lighting on side, it helps illuminate the food on the lower shelves. Too many fridges have just one bulb at the top. We've had the fridge about a month now, very happy with it. The pull out freezer is very roomy. I was afraid it would be too small coming from a side by side style fridge. We have plenty of space for our frozen items in the drawer. No problem at all.

We are happy with the fridge. This is our first counter depth fridge and we love that it doesnt stick all the way out into our kitchen. We were concerned about losing capacity but we actually like that we dont lose leftovers in the back of the fridge

Price was right. Extremely noisy fridge but works fine. Luckily I’m old and my hearing is not as good.

Just moved to a new home and bought this fridge. Love it so far. We had a Samsung in our old home and we loved it.

Hard to find white refrigerators. Best has the largest selection.

Not only is this a beautiful refrigerator, it works like a charm, and has some interesting features. You can actually sync the refrigerator with your electric company to save energy. It's well made, the drawers give a lot of room and versatility, and it's easy to keep clean inside. I like the counter depth because it does not overwhelm the smaller space in my kitchen but provides ample room for food.

We are very happy with the fridge/freezer. No problems at all. I initially had concerns about capacity due to its counter depth, but we are managing to fit lots of food.

We are very pleased with the Samsung French door refrigerator. The counter depth sticks out about 5 inches from the 24 inch depth enclosure. This includes door depth. I am very glad I did not get a bigger refrigerator. I measured carefully and found out that the newer refrigerators are deeper than those from 10-15 years ago. I love all the features and the size works fine for our smaller household. The ice maker capacity is adequate for us but for a party, I'm sure we'll need to supplement.

Once, again I must commend Best Buy for not only service but price matching as well. Purchased a Samsung Counter Depth Refridgerator and it was deliver and water hooked up as requested. A few days after delivery I noticed an add for the identical product, printed the ad and went to Best Buy. They graciously adjusted the price by $200 matching the add....NO FUSS....JUST A HELPFUL STAFF AND SMILE. I will always go to Best Buy for purchases as they mean what they say 1

Love the fridge on to and pull out freezer on bottom. Love the extra pull out tray in the freezer. The alarm feature when fridge door is open too long is great.

The refrigerator woks well. It is somewhat noisy. Had to pay extra for the counter-depth size so sure you need the more compact configuration.

After extensive online research we decided to buy this fridge / freezer. The french door format is much better than the side by side that we replaced. The fridge compartment is very spacious and the draws glide easily. The shelf on the inside of the freezer draw is ideal for storing freezer packs for the kids lunch boxes. The appliance is almost silent. Overall we are very pleased with ur purchase. Best Buy had the best price and also had all the models we were interested in to look at.

This refrigerator has worked perfectly. Ice maker is great. Love all the features. Sliding drawers,adjustable shelves,water in the door.Controls are easy to use.

Always wanted a three door frig and this countertop depth model fits! Like everything about it except seems to have slightly louder running noise than frig it replaced (though I admit I am easily annoyed by extra noise:))

We needed a refrigerator that had limited depth and it fit great.

Very happy with this purchase. Well engineered to guarantee planty of room. One negative is Samsung generates water filter replacement message every 6 months whether new filter is needed or not. While internet advertises off brand Samsung replacement filters, I have tried but found none that fit. Have no choice but to purchase Samsung brand fllter at a higher price
