i would buy other products and have purchased things before. i always buy the extra warranties also for extra protection on the products. we have also had excellent service from the employees.

This is a great rifridgerator, decent price combination with other items. I would prefer a more tough exterior material to withstand normal moving wear and tear.

We purchased this item based on reviews. The in-store sales crew (Jaime, Dave, Denise, and Brandon) were all very polite and helpful. They should be commended for their excellent service. The delivery crew was funny and careful and they should be commended for their attention to detail and customer service. However, we had the refrigerator 1 day and it was making some strange sounds. We waited several days and the noises continued. So, we had a service tech come out. She could not find anything wrong so we thought it might be the system “settling in”. However, my wife mentioned that the unit had made a horrendous noise several times. Finally, I heard it. It sounded like a group of cats had gotten caught in a car’s fan belt and were extremely unhappy about it. I called and the excellent sales staff said there was no problem – they would deliver another unit within a few days. That will be next week. So – great sales staff. BUT, no one likes to buy an appliance that needs to be replaced within a few days (or within a decade!). It makes me think I should have purchased another Kenmore. The previous unit was over 17 years old and still works fine except for the spring on the water dispenser.

One of the most user friendly refrigerators I've ever had.

It is a good appliance but we have had the fridge go out twice in the last year and it is only 7 years old.

So it works well and has plenty of room. However, when the ice maker stsrts to make ice it is very loud. We have made a joke about it saying hey, the tea is done. Lol

Refrigerator exceeds all categories. Love the numerous shelves and the interior roominess. Freezer is huge. Even holds my turkey and so much else. The unit is so quiet and we don't hear the ice falling as it is being made. The exterior is eye pleasing as well. They delivered it the day they promised.

I really liked the fridge and all but it was sold at a discount as it was previously returned. It was sold as a good conditioned fridge that was returned because it didn't fit well. But what it really was was a fridge with a broken ice maker. Samsung sent several people over to fix it but it never was fixed... we couldn't verify that it was fixed because the repair men always said it would take about 20 minutes before it would work. I paid for extra warranty to have nothing fixed...

We purchased this fridge back in February and have had no major issues with it. The only thing I've noticed is sometimes the ice dispenser gets "confused" an dispenses crushed ice when it should be cubed. It only happens every now and then and the fix is to set it to crushed, run it for a few seconds and switch it back.

It's functional and good looking too. Well put together

This refrigerator works fine but it is very dark. All of the lighting is on the back wall of the unit. It looks well lit in the store, but as soon as you fill it with food, everything is in shadows. I had to send the first unit back because the light by the water dispenser didn't work and it had several blemishes inside the refrigerator. The replacement unit worked, but it has even more blemishes inside.

I purchased this refrigerator after I last the previous one I owned that I lost in hurricane Florence. It is the exact same model and we loved it.

The first one that was delivered had a couple of dents in the doors... best but stood by there promise and left it there for me to use and sent me another one sent free.

It's nice to have an appliance that has good tasting ice again. Both do a great job with keeping things fresh. However, the fridge is not large enough to fit a large pizza box. The shelves do not have many options to change the height - more difficult to store items. And the drawers seem to be cheaply made and come off the tracks quickly. Also, the water is not cold when it comes out of the dispenser. Over all, I'm pleased, but for the money, I think it could have been better made.
