the fridge is great, but the demo mode wasn't turned off before delivery so I lost hundreds in groceries, Manager of the Erie store did not make it right with me, and wouldn't even talk about it....won't buy from there again...

It's pretty and it makes a lot of ice. It's quiet and the freezer holds a lot of food

Very nice for a good price. I am not a big fan of the electronic in the appliances because it is an opportunity for failure sooner than mechanical push buttons but the ones on here seem to be very well made and work nicely.

You cant go wrong with this one. It has large space, runs pretty quiet, good storage design. Water and ice work well. Looks great too. Really loved this refer!

We really like this fridge for the money. We like the water and ice in the door, but there is no light, so I have to guess where the buttons are at night. Also, we ordered another shelf for the inside door because it only comes with 4 and it can easily hold 6. It needs at least 5, but we may order one more. The freezer for some reason is super cold at a low setting, so ice cream is hard to scoop. We reduced the setting from the standard and it is still super cold. We probably shouldn't eat much ice cream anyway, lol. We are super thrifty and did not want to spend a fortune on a fridge, so that is why I gave such high stars. Perfect for us and we have way more room and I love having the ice and water on the door. Great fridge for the money.

My family really enjoys this refrigerator. Each side is roomy enough for all our food items.

Ice making system freezes up , parts including ice mold (tray) , ice bucket, pump mechanism atop fridge attached to water line all cracked and broken. Samsung says since it's outside factory warranty it's on me. It started happening 15 to 16 months after purchase. Paid over $3000 for a refrigerator that should last with no issues for 20-30 years and ice maker lasts not even 1 1/2 years what a joke and Samsung won't back it up.

Have had my Samsung for 6 months. No problems at all. Installers were super pros.

Although The fridge looks nice and the digital temperature control works quite well. My gripes with it are that: 1) it is not energy star rated, so you cannot claim any state rebates. Except the 50$ to recycle your old fridge in NJ. 2) Coming from a standard freezer on top and fridge on the bottom type fridge, I felt the fridge capacity portion was a bit on the small side, accentuated by the fact that Samsung should probably have included more shelves to make full use of the existing space there. NOTE: I was able to locate 3 compatible shelves for ~55$ shipped from Encompass Supply Chain Solutions, Inc; (a freezer door shelf (part DA63-05212A), a fridge door shelf (part DA97-12924A), and a main fridge shelf (part DA67-02417A). 3) the fridge light is a rather weak blue led light and poorly placed. If you put too much opaque items on your top main fridge shelves, the rest of the fridge will be in darkness. 4) the water/ice dispenser does not have a little tray at the bottom, and water has a tendency to leak a little, and Ice to come down a bit too aggressively and sometimes jumping on the floor. 5) you will likely be dealing with Pacific Sales for installation and to deal with BestBuy rewards, and it is obvious there are still a lot of kinks to work out between the two entitites. Our installation was postponed once and came late on the second installation day (the installers came around 9pm, and clearly wanted to be out of there quickly), and I have yet to receive the proper reward points. 6) the fridge door smudges very easily.

Na good price for the product a little noise but otherwise no complain

Got the Samsung refrigerator as an open box item and don't regret it!
