The fridge was nice until everything started breaking down.

I wanted a stainless steel fridge but my other kitchen appliances were black so I went with this one. Looks very nice and sleek. very good size. Fits just right in the space for it in my kitchen. easy to use. i never read the manual. everything works very well and plenty of bells and whistles for the price. For the size, it was extremely easy to roll and maneuver.

The delivery went smooth, Best Buy's delivery team was professional and courteous. Everything looks and works great. Ice maker and water dispenser works fine. Not as noisy as some others says and the LED lighting is just fine. If you would like a brighter lighting then I recommend you go with the higher $ model with Twin Cooling for $400 more. The only thing I would suggest Samsung for this model is provide another Dairy Door Bin and it would be a 5 Star!

We chose this refrigerator when we were upgrading our kitchen with stainless steel appliances. This was one of the least expensive options in the stainless steel color with the dispenser on the door. However, I will say it looks extremely expensive and works great! The ice maker is a little loud at times, but that is pretty infrequent. The handles on the outside and dispenser are very sleek looking.

After a few years, wiring has gone bad and lights do not work (bulbs were replaced without results). Ice maker stuck on crushed ice mode. And the squeaking! I have thoroughly cleaned several times and it will continuously produce migraine inducing squeaking. Always. Never stopping. But it keeps stuff cold, so 2 stars.

This fridge is decent, but the ice maker constantly spits out ice, we just get it out of the top rather than through the dispenser because it makes a huge mess every time. The fridge part is not very cold at all. My old apartment size fridge kept things colder. The space is not very well designed.

Ice maker stop working after 6 months. Samsung did replace but would not do anything about the rust that that had formed all over the ice/water dispenser tray area. Now, the ice maker doesn't work again and I've literally tried to contact Samsung over a dozen times since 11/16/15 and if I can even get a response, I get told that someone will be contacting me soon or that its been elevated to the right people but NO ONE from Samsung has reached out to actually solve my issue. I won't buy anymore Samsung products, mainly because the customer service is so poor.

Although I like the refrigerator the water dispenser feels kinda cheap. The buttons are difficult to see and push, guests have made comments about no knowing how to switch between crushed ice and cubes.

We have had this fridge for about 18 months. This fridge works fine but it has to be perfectly level. If it is not level it sounds like it is going to take off and fly away. I work from home and can not sit in the kitchen and do work because it is hard to hear anything while it is in take off mode. I have spoken with someone from Samsung customer service and they know it is a problem. When I told him what it was doing he said "oh yeah I know what the problem is" If not level the fridge will not drain properly and something freezes over time. To fix it I had to empty my fridge and let it thaw for a day and then try and level it. Who has time to let their fridge thaw. Once level it is good for a while but with two boys opening and shutting the fridge all the time it quickly gets out of level and after a week or two we are back to taking off. I would love to throw it out the door. Do get me wrong, if it didnt make that terrible noise it would be like every other Samsung we own and I would not have a complaint. Six samsung TV's and multiple other things, I guess one fridge making a bunch of noise isnt the end of the world.

This is a great fridge in every way but one. There is only one row of LED lights at the top. If you have any tall items on the top shelf, then you can't see anything in the fridge without exterior light. At first we didn't think this would be a huge deal, but we changed our minds after a few days. It was a deal breaker. You can't really notice the lack of light when looking at the unit in store with nothing in it. We settled on the + $300 Samsung option and are very happy.

We’ve owned this for about 6 months and it already needs repairs. It sounds like a diesel truck is in my kitchen. Needs a new evaporator fan already and of course Samsung wants to repair this lemon. So they sent 1 repair guy out already and I have to listen to this thing roar in the kitchen for another 2 weeks until they get the part and come back and fix it. The ice maker is laughable. Ice will end up anywhere but in your cup. You will be constantly picking up ice off the floor, so stretch your back before using the ice maker. You would be better off with a Yeti and a bag of ice

Great fridge it works fine Plenty of storage Stored it for 2 years after hurricane but still works perfectly

The fridge has groves for drawers - no drawers a ton of wasted space and no cold cut drawer. I should have paid attention prior to purchase.

I was so set up on getting an open box fridge but when I saw the credentials on this fridge I was so impressed it was worth spending the extra 200.00 to know I got a better item.

sumsamg makes the best affordable appliances. it has very good quality. the delivery guys are nice too.

I would not recommend this unit to a friend or foe.

After 6 months unit started producing less and less ice. Changed filter, flushed line, reset ice maker. Called support because was producing 1 tray of ice every 6+ hours. In a 24 hour span, there was literally only 3 trays of ice available. Explained this to them (both representative and manger) and they stated this is normal. Not true see http://www.samsung.com/ie/support/skp/faq/1045056 They did not want to service unit or provide warranty. Would send someone out.
