Purchased 4 piece set on appliances to fill need in recent renovation of property. Good look and great price on 4 piece set. Water through door had small leak the first day(drips) but with a few cycles the value set securely and no further issues.

We went to the Annapolis, MD store looking for a Refrigerator and we saw this Open Box Item. We can truly say that we haven't been disappointed! Other than the imperfections, this item have been everything that we were looking for to replace our old GE Fridge! The 2 things I will caution everyone on, it can be a little loud when it goes through the Ice Making process! That took a moment to get used to, and you probably will want to look into getting the extra door bin. It makes a big difference in how much you can store on the door. Otherwise, get it! You will love it!

Not enough light inside frig. No light for drinking water. Not enough trays in freezer or frig.

It is nice refrigerator. It only has 3 door shelves and no lunch meat tray. The shelves in the freezer are metal instead of glass. If you want more options like these and and a few other things, you need to spend a little more.

Plenty of room and water / ice filter is easy to get to for replacement. Sleek looking and easy to use. The only minor issue is the ice maker does not break up chunks of ice very well and needs a helping hand once and a while.

Awesome. Holds all of our food and drink. Quiet, makes good 1/4 moon shape ice or crushed. Water dispenser works great. We could use one more door shelf but that's just us. Otherwise it is a good size for the money and we were able to get it in black so we could match all appliances.

Wonderful size that has plenty of storage space. Fridge is also energy efficient which is great. Quiet while running also

I am satisfied with my deal with best buy, good customer service and team work.home delivery was free with my deal, fridge has some defect, the driver saw it when he unpacked outside the house, decided to take it back, got new one without any hassel. satisfied with its performance except that steel body shows fingermarks and water stains, needs to be clean often

It's a very nice refrigerator. The only real issue I have with it is lighting. It doesn't put out great light but otherwise it's a great unit.

I like this refrigerator, but it needs either another shelf or a drawer. We were told we could order one, which we will, but we have never had this problem with previous refrigerators.

There are better to be sure but this model has a great amount of storage space. Water line hookup went in easy enough. Good value purchase for a stainless steel appliance.

so far so good....something i read and indeed noticed was the lack of good lighting inside the frig and on the door/ice panel. i love how it looks and to me, it's just right

I like all aspects of this product except the lack of a light for the ice/water dispenser. Otherwise, I have no complaints!

This refrigerator keeps things really cold, but has the loudest ice make. We actually had them return the first one we bought because the ice make sounded sounded like a dying cat being dragged across a chalk board with it's claws extended. The second one's not much better.

Our GE Refrigerator died on a Sunday morning: Searched the internet, GE now has only a 3 year warranty, Samsung is still 5. SS finish looked great, and Best Buy was almost a $100 cheaper then then HD or Lowes, plus the long term no-interest financing. And delivery service was excellent.

Easy to use, love the side by side doors. The outside water feature is very useful.

Overall fridge looks really nice and seems to work well. My only complaint so far is the noises it makes specifically the ice machine. When it refills with water and dumps ice it's rather loud. Much louder than our previous fridge. You can really hear each step the ice machine takes in it's process. Other than that it's been great.

Bought this part of the Best Buy deal and have been happy with the refrigerator. The ice machine is a bit loud but overall it's a good purchase.
