Highly recommend this refrigerator! This is the 5th item I have purchased that is Samsung.

I bought the original unit at Best Buy in May 2013. I lived with ice cubes on my floor for almost a year, then decided to call Samsung before the warranty ran out. Samsung sent a tech who replaced the ice maker, although I told him the ice MAKER worked fine.... it's the ice DISPENSER. I called again. This time, Samsung replaced the refrigerator. Same problem, so I called again a few months later. They sent a "senior" rep who implied I just wasn't using it correctly. I'm college-educated retired business owener who's had 4 or 5 ice/ water in door fridges.... none have had this problem. I asked if they would just take it back, refund the purchase price, and let me buy a different brand but all they will do is send another tech. I declined, as I see no point in doing the same thing over and over, and expecting different results. So, I guess I'll just have ice cubes and little puddles of water on my floor. Other than this little nusiance, it's a nice, attractive refrigerator. I thought I should warn yall though.

I looked at a lot of reviews before I decided to purchase this product. Many reviews noted the product was noisy and made weird noises randomly. I've owned the product for about two months and I will admit, it makes weird noises (ice maker and water) but it is not a constant running noise. The motor on the product seems to be fairly quiet which is the noise I was concerned about before purchase. Overall - for the price I have been very happy with the product. It's easy to organize food and lighting is sufficient. I rated the product a four because it isn't perfect, there are some noises at random times that seem to be louder than other similar products but it's not distracting and not constant.

This Samsung refrigerator does everything advertised and then some. It is very well engineered and will actually cool better than others that we have had. The design and layout allows for flexibility in the shelf configurations and will actually allow for food to be stacked which often comes in handy with a big family and multiple events going on. Great value for an Excellent product

After only 5 years our Maytag top of the line French Door refrigerator died. I wanted a side-by-side after this poor experience we settled on the Samsung mainly for it's price (assuming that our top of the line refrigerator lasted 5 years), if this one goes 5 years we are way ahead of the game. It runs quieter and cools quicker than our High-priced Maytag ever did.

I love the way the compartments fill with light when I open a door. The LED lights across the back of the top of the fridge side and freezer side provide ample light without the risk of fire or melting when you're cleaning up the caramel that spilled all over the shelf after a 4PM raid by a 5yo. There is so much room for food. I can store 4 gallons of milk in the door. I am shopping for 5 people, and sometimes I bring home a heap of food purchased in bulk that needs to wait to be portioned and frozen. I've yet to feel like I needed more space, oh.. the first thing that really made me smile big? The egg compartment holds 1.5 doz egg cartons! No more having to keep them on a shelf to be broken by above-mentioned 5 year old or her 3 year old sister or 7 year old brother.

Besides getting an outstanding deal, this Fridge looks and performs great. We just bought a new house and to match the appliances already there we went with the white. This thing looks like a space ship inside with all the cool LED lights and compartments. Now i have a new reason to drink more water and go to the supermarket more often. And the sound, the sound by itself it's exiting. It's like Mozart composed a symphony for when you want water, ice cubes or crushed ice. Overall a great item for the price.

For the price this is well worth it. Delivered yesterday, hooked up and working in short order. Not the biggest unit on the market but they designed the interior to maximize space. A word on delivery...if you have a small door frame into your home and are worried it might not fit through...with the refrigerator doors off they can bring it through a 27 inch opening. So far it has exceeded expectations.

Really nice and roomy inside, I like how easy the shelf's can be adjusted lots of storage space for the ref. and freezer. The only negative was the in door ice making its very difficult to see the location where you select water or ice. I should have been back lit

I AM HAPPY WITH THE BRAND , WARRANTY AND PRICE. I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THE NOISE IT SCARES MY 3 DOGS IT TOOK 3 DAYS TO BUILD UP ICE AND IF MY ADULT CHILDREN OR GUESTS ARE ALSO IN THE HOUSE IT WILL NOT PREDUCE ENOUGH ICE...BECAUSE I VALUE ICE I WOULD NOT BUY THIS MODEL AGAIN AND HAVE SINCE HAD TO BUY A SEPERATE ICEMAKER

Originally skeptical about this item because I was used to 26+ cubic feet, but I am pleasantly surprised at the abundance of space. The temp controlled crispers add shelf life to produce and I like the energy efficient digital display.

We really like this fridge. The process of getting it was very frustrating though and delivery time was missed multiple times. The first time it was supposed to be delivered it was damaged before it arrived to our place so I replacement was ordered. The replacement order wasn't processed properly by Bestbuy so the replacement wasn't actually ordered. Took a couple weeks to get it delivered to our place. It works super great and the ice production keeps up with my family of five. The ice maker can be very loud when it's replenishing ice though, not an issue with us though.

Loved the fridge and tons of space. It was a little bigger than I thought but better bigger than smaller

This has been an outstanding value. It seems to have considerably more storage space than anticipated and certainly more than our old one. The only issue that we have is the ice maker being overly "aggressive" and spitting out more ice than needed but that may be an issue of getting accustomed to it.

It is quiet. Cleans thoroughly. Adjusts to various sizes of dishes and pots/pans. Energy efficient as well.

This refrigerator was purchased for our home bar and is perfect for it. My only disappointment is that it is not very bright inside. I only gave this four stars for that reason. For the price, this is an attractive addition to our bar.

Love this refrigerator. Plenty of space, roomy, love the light for dispensing ice or water.

The ref is nice looking, the Ice maker make ice very fast. My ice cream is solid like a rock in the freezer. There is a little bit of noise, but overall a very affordable nice looking ref.

Great product at a great price. Samsung has the best products out there for the cost. The finish is great and the temp stays very consistent.

The Samsung brand is spacious and well designed. The variety of settings make it convenient for anyone. I especially like the locking feature for the outer dispenser, although my 2-year old is not fond of it.
