    I think this refrigerator is great for the money. The Geek Squad staff that delivered it were very kind and respectful. A few things that would have made this fridge better would be to have more options for shelf placement (i.e. the ability to put a shelf every 4" - 6" to maximize what can go on a particular and another shelf (it came with 4 shelves plus the top the drawers which doubles as a shelf)).

    While in Canada our fridge broke down, no much inside as we had left for the summer, but we needed it replaced. Looked online, many options but decided on a Samsung brand due to its rating. Didn't want an expensive one with bells and whistles but needed ice and water, Best buy with its ease of ordering, it's free installation, and taking away the existing one was the one we dealt with, good move and the fridge is first class.

    We needed a replacement for our aging Whirlpool. After reading the reviews online we decided that a Samsung would provide years of service for us. The BestBuy in Boulder offered the model that we wanted. The BestBuy associates were knowledgeable, helpful, and made the purchase "painless." The installers brought the refrigerator within 15 minutes of the promised time and, in less than 20 minutes, removed our old refrigerator and installed the new Samsung. Overall, we are highly pleased with this purchase.

    Purchased this one year ago. goo refrigerator , but not as good as they used to be you get less but pay more for this brand. less bang for the buck. really miss the light when you go to get ice or water from dispenser, everything seems to be cheaper, lots more plastic than prior model. they are not made to last long any more.
