Love this item! Side by side with water and ice dispenser. Filters are reasonably priced and last 4-5months.

Only complaint I have is that it makes ice very slow.

This fridge has lots of space for storage. Love it!

Samsung side by side refrigerator is great for storing all of your food. It has east to use ice machine and easy to get drinking water.

In terms of the refrigerator itself, there are some very minor things we'd change, but it is a good refrigerator for what we paid for it, and the product matches what we had read online. What we'd change are small things, like adding a deli-tray in the refrigerator, the digital temperature setting on the outside of the fridge is maybe a little too easy to change, as far as a kid bumping into it for example . But overall it is a good product for the price and matches the product description. However, our experience with Samsung, and to a lesser extent Best Buy was terrible. We initially received a defective fridge, that was not cooling properly as soon as we got it. After calling Samsung they sent a maintenance person out, who diagnosed the supposed cause of the problem, and then made an appointment to come back and fix the problem once they ordered the part. However, the part didn't fix the problem. After several more rounds of phone calls, and some waiting on Samsung to decide what to do next, they finally agree have Best Buy deliver a replacement fridge, and when we finally received it, it did work properly as I've described above. Now, I'm not mad that we got a defective product, that happens from time to time and that's why they have a warranty. But the customer service was terrible. We would call Samsung repeatedly, sometimes waiting on hold for an hour. Someone would tell us something, and promise to follow up the next day, only to never hear from them again. Then when we'd call back we'd get a completely different story. One time they'd tell us they were going to send a replacement, then they'd tell us they wanted to try to fix it again, it was all very confusing, and inconsistent on their part. We had 4 different times we had to have someone home for someone to come to our house, including the 2 different deliveries, the one time someone came to diagnose the problem and the separate time they came to replace the part that didn't work. From the time we ordered the original fridge to the time we had the replacement in place and working it was a month and a half, which is a long time to go without a good, main fridge in your house. Much of that time was spent waiting on Samsung for one reason or another. Best Buy was overall not the source of our problems, but scheduling the second delivery was a bit of a headache. We had to go into the store to set up the delivery (even though the purchase and first delivery were all coordinated online) and then they misplaced some paperwork related to the return and had a slight mix-up with a phone number and address they were trying to use to coordinate the delivery. Overall the fridge is fine, and in the 99% of cases where you order a fridge and it works, you'll probably be happy. But if you have a warranty issue, Samsung is not the best to work with, even though they did ultimately fix our issue.

Did a trade in for the Samsung 8877326 so in love.

I just got it today and it looks great in my kitchen. Love the LED lights in the fridge. I got it at a great price as well.

It''s very good, does exactly what's it supposed to, and has never given us a problem
