Product is super quiet. Wife hasn't had any complaints and works better than the linear wash samsung. Everything seems to come out cleaner.

Love the AutoRelease Dry! The dishes stay dry when I don’t have time to unload right away. We had Best Buy install and they did a great job.

I had the prior model and now I just bought this one. Works great, almost no sound and so quiet. Highly recommend this dishwasher.

After getting a unit that actually works, it works great, had some getting used to with the third rack but love the cup/mug washing section. Reason for my low review mostly has to do with how Best Buy dealt with my faulty unit issue. How it all went down was, we got this along with a stove and microwave range, they were all delivered and installed together. We payed for install of dishwasher at our house since it was more complex then expected. After install the dishwasher had a overfill fault, so we called Best Buy to get it inspected. They sent a technician to take a look at it, he said it was a faulty unit and it could be replaced or repaired. Side note on tech- he insinuated we bought it second hand/open box (which no problem if you do) but we paid a lot of money to even be suggested to repair a brand new unit instead of getting in contact with Best Buy and getting a new unit sent over. Had a huge back and forth argument with online support to get bad unit picked up and new unit brought because we had bad for install at our house (about $300) but finally after supervisor intervention we were able to get the old unit uninstalled, new unit installed and has worked great since. Beware of faulty units and the aftermath if you do have to deal with it…

This is the second Samsung dishwasher we have purchased and we loved the first one!!! The autorlease is fantastic for getting dishes dry and saving money. Love the way the racks can be configured for different items. Overall extremely happy with our [urvhase!!!

Definite upgrade from our older Samsung. Loved them both. This one...3rd rack spraying glasses & mugs...works so well. Love it.

at first was not happy with the fact that it was not drying well but after rinse aid added it is drying better

Love the flexibility in the shelves. However, sometimes it's difficult to fit large items on the bottom shelf and medium to small items on the middle shelf. It also doesn't dry as well (even with rinse aid) as some other dishwashers that I've used. Overall, I'm pretty happy with it.

So far so good. Delivery and install went great and no issues so far. I was a bit leery on buying another Samsung appliance because of the terrible experience I've had with the ice maker in one if their refrigerators that I purchased. I just wish this had a dry only feature as some of the dishes don't come out completely dry after a cycle and for that I have to dock it 1 star.

Dishwasher was very nice! However it had a couple things we weren’t crazy about on the design of the racks.
