Has to do with the "waterwall" which is named differently on this model. Trying to figure out how to fix but disspointed.

I had Geek Squad out for service 4 times and were unable to fix it. They would not come out any more. I had to call Samsung to get refund. That process took two months but Samsung finally refunded my purchase price. The whole process from purchase to refund was 5 months. Never buy Samsung again

Also the dinner plates don't fit! Im not sure if I can return it and get another one
