    Great quality . Feels like a high end dishwasher. Installer did a great job. It was a hard install because of cabinet location.

    Best Buy's delivery service sucks. Second time delivery has been cancelled. Never contacted the second time.

    Buyer beware

    A month after the factory warranty went out the linear wash bar went out. Wish I would have done research prior to purchasing for over $1000, as it would cost about $400-$600 to repair. I wrote Samsung with no response. Very disappointed.

    They did not examine the product before i purchased it. I had to hire an appliance tech and pay an extra 100 for it to run properly

    We’ve had this dishwasher for almost 5 years now. It is by far the best dishwasher I’ve ever owned. I can’t hear it running at all from 10 ft away. It cleans very well. The adjustable racks and the 3rd rack make fitting everything in a breeze. The door automatically opens for the last 10 minutes of drying, so things actually get dry inside. It dings pleasantly at the beginning and end of those last 10 minutes - though that can be shut off. The smart features are very helpful - including letting me know when it is out of rinse solution. We have had zero problems. The normal cycle takes around 2.5 hours, which seems a bit excessive. But we use the auto cycle - as recommended by the Smart Things app - which automatically detects soil/grease level, and usually results in a shorter wash cycle.

    Was used for one year and it keeps throwing a code PC. Was told it was the motherboard, replaced it and it still throws the code PC. Other than it only lasting 1 year, it was a great dishwasher.

    Did not realize that it would not dry dishes when speaking to the sales rep and it would not stay open so that I could roll out the bottom rack. Something was wrong with the rubber underneath.

    DO NOT BUY. This is the WORST dishwasher you can possibly purchase. The "auto release" dry feature is trash, even with rinse aid your dishes are always wet. This dishwasher does not clean dishes effectively either.

    Still not hooked up. I thought I read free hook up. My neighbor hooked water and electricity but does not know how to mount to cabinet. I call they said $159 even though I said I just need it mounted to cabinet. Very disappointed. Will never buy from Best Buy again!!!

    First dishwasher was leaking. Replacement started giving LC error code. Please stay away from Samsung. Just stick with TVs or not sure if thay quality has gone down.

      LC, LE - The dishwasher's leak sensor detects moisture.

      A visibly leaking dishwasher can be troublesome, and you may be unsure how to fix it. An installation issue, for instance, will require you to inspect the drain hose, water supply hose, and leveling legs if the leak is severe.

    The dishwasher leaked on the first wash. could never find the source of the leak. Replace it with another brand.

    Multiple problems after the unit was out of warranty by a few months. Repeated drain errors, and auto-open failures. Very hard to find certified service for Samsung in my area.

    Broke within weeks of buying

    We’ve had this just a few weeks and it’s already leaking. We called Samsung to fix it because we have a teal long warranty and they can’t send a technician for three weeks. Completely disappointed with this product and Samsung.

    Great dishwasher. Leaving a one star review due to the fact that TWICE we were delivered dishwashers that were broken. 3rd party delivery services are not careful with the products being delivered.

    Washes very poorly, the dishes at the bottom rack are constantly dirty or with the residue of food. We have tried all kinds of different soaps and settings, nothing compares to our older dishwasher.
