Do not buy without the service coverage! Our family owns two of them, the bottom slider sprayer failed on both in less than 2 years. Another motor failed on one of them as well. Even after repairs it just does a fair job, only if you rinse and wipe off 95% of food particles. The manual shows using the third rack for cutlery - but NOTHING on the third rack will clean well so its completely impractical. It is pretty quiet and looks sleek, those are its best features.

Super quiet. Can't hear it running unless you press your ear to the machine.

this is the quietest dishwasher i have experienced you only hear it draining water off and on. Only have used it for two weeks now and so far runs great looks nice. the count down timer that displays on front is pretty neat and useful. I would recommend

I want to like this machine. It plays lovely music and opens the door automatically when it is finished, which is more than I can say for my kids. The linear action just does not clean very well. I have been using this DW for 6 months now and after almost every cycle, I've got to hand wash a few dishes. Maybe this is not necessary for those of you who live in a house where people rinse their dishes first, but in my household where everyone thinks a DW, especially an expensive one, is a miracle machine, well, I post-wash. Wish I had an old rotating, $300 machine instead.

Extremely quiet! Many wash cycles to choose from. I can wash 2 large crock pots on the main slide out at the sane time with the sections that fold down. Very pleased!

Very quiet, lots of space with multiple functionality. Door opens towards end of cycle to release steam is a cool feature.

Does not worth the money. In my opinion Samsung does have very cool designs "BUT" their products don't last like other brands (for Example GE). I have issues with the grills Sticks from the beginning that got rusted when the machine was still in like brand new condition. . I claimed manufacture's warranty when the unit was still under warranty (like about a week before the expiration of the one year manufacture's warranty), and was issued a claim number, and when called back because I didn't received the instruction I was supposed to received( about a week latter) the flatted me saying that my unit runed out of the manufacture's warranty when I did everything under the manufacture's warranty. now about 2 years latter, I'm about to dump the machine due to all problems and codes you can't imagine. it's more the time trying to fix it that actually using the dishwasher machine. we should spent money in American product like GE instead, the previous appliance we have in our kitchen were there for over 15 years without having any issues. I also have a refrigerator that Icemaker is very unreliable getting frozen and needing to be defrosting about twice a week, the Microwave also Samsung burned the main board, and the Dryer (front loader) also fried the main board like a week after the manufacture warranty expired. I will strongly not recommend any of these product even though they have a very nice look that are attractive to most of buyers, they won't last and you usually start having problems around the one year of the manufacture's warranty.

I have used the dishwasher only 4 days. So far I’m very please with the performance. It was linked to the Smart Things Apps and I can select several option there. I like very much the fact that I can see the cycle status including time remaining

Very happy with this dishwasher! Door pops open when cycle is done. Clean and dry dishes. Very quiet!

Dishwasher is sleek and quiet. Rack dividers and pins are plastic and cheaply made. Dividers keep falling off and not staying in place. Top flatware rack not well designed to hold butter knives in place and nothing to account for spaulas and ladles. For the price not it isn't worth it. Build quality leaves much to be desired.

Generally a solid dishwasher although we’ve had it serviced 3 times in 3 1/2 years. Bought during Covid when other brands were super scarce. Usually an issue with the moisture sensor. Does a good job, although plastics don’t dry too well. Bought a Bosch 800 to replace this for $400 less and am much happier. Samsung is good on TVs. Not sure I would buy their kitchen appliances again.

Works really well, very quiet machine. It’s only downside to me is that it is very low when the door is open all the way.

Overall a good investment. I highly recommend the warranty. Im coming up to 3 years and started hearing a low rumbling every time I started it up. But thankful with the warranty and awesome people at best buy feek squad I'm getting it handled.

Very quiet, looks nice, but is not a good cleaner. We are manually removing food particles from silverware in top rack. We use good soap and a rinse agent, but still have the problem!

This dishwasher has all the cycle options you would need. Only negatives are that sometimes the dishwasher tab doesn't get out of the holder in the door. Also the lower rack could use more pegs for plates. Love the top drawer for silverware.

So far, so good. The dishwasher looks great and is super ultra quiet, as I had hoped it would be.

I normally wouldn’t write a review about a defective product, but it seems like this is a common issue with this dishwasher and there is no resolution. We bought this dishwasher with an entire Samsung kitchen package about 6 months ago. After running the dishwasher for a bit, we noticed that it was leaking. We contacted Samsung to make a claim under the warranty. Samsung sent a service repair person out to look at it but it didnt leak when they were here and they advised us to get a video. We finally were able to get a video of the leak so Samsung sent the service tech back out with a new seal. He spent several hours here and replaced the seal. The leak was still happening. The service tech called Samsung and they told him he wasn’t supposed to replace anything and they were going to contact us for next steps. Several days later, we finally hear from Samsung that they want to replace the door and other parts. We wait again for the parts to come in and the service tech to come out. Again, he spends several hours here making repairs only for it to continue to leak. Finally Samsung agrees that its defective and they will proceed with a replacement. Unfortunately they aren’t actually offering a replacement, only a refund for the price on the receipt. Because we purchased the dishwasher in a Samsung bundle, we are expected to now pay $200 extra for the exact same product. Not to mention, we will have to pay someone to come out to remove and recycle the old unit and install the new one. And the damage to our cabinets and flooring from the leak. It’s been an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience to have purchased a product that was defective out of the box and now we are expected to spend several hundreds of dollars on a installing a replacement unit. It seems ridiculous that Samsung was willing to spend all of that money and time on repairs over the last few months but won’t simply replace the dishwasher and send a service tech back out for the replacement. So beware if you purchase this dishwasher that has several reviews citing leaks, you may not be able to get a replacement for the same price you paid!

Loooove it. Very quiet. Set up is a little tricky but we're still learning.
