After thinking it was my imagination or that I was not pre-soaking/pre-cleaning well enough, I did a test - I put Yogurt in a glass on the second rack, yogurt in a bowl on the first rack. After running on normal/sanitize settings, the yogurt was virtually untouched. I then sprayed the yogurt out with my sink sprayer in a matter of seconds. Really not sure what this machine is doing when I hear water sloshing around for 3 hours - its definitely not cleaning.

A very expensive way to ruin your kitchen.

They sent a tech from the only company they use in south florida to service warranty issues. The tech spent 30 minutes cussing at his significant other on the phone in my house with only my wife there. This still leaks on and off after 2 years. It has destroyed my kitchen cabinets and best buys response was: well we tried to fix it and the tech said it doesnt leak (because he didnt want to run a full cycle because it takes too long, but it only leaks on the full cycle.) It leaks out the side seals, not the bottom so it is leveled properly and the tech changed the seals twice. Dont shop at best buy for applicances. and DONT buy this dishwasher.

Great TVs and Phones - Appliances, not so much.

After 2 years and 1 month, the bottom of the dishwasher is not working, the ice machine in refrigerator works half the time and yesterday the 2nd microwave stopped working. After 2 45 minute phone calls to Best Buy total tech that we pay for, we have been waiting a month for a call back on scheduling service. We have 3 Samsung TVs, cell phones and projector from Best Buy that work great and that is why we went with Samsung Appliances. But I would be cautious on the appliances and the Geek Squad/Total Tech package.

Only lasted 1.5 years

I explained the bottom washer was not staying on. Instead of sending a service man to verify the problem they refunded us the full amount minus the warranty payment. Obviously they are having issues with this dishwasher if they won’t even send a repair man before giving us a full refund. Feel we didn’t get our money’s worth since we are out of our warranty cost. I guess it’s a good thing we got most of the money back but now we have to find a new dishwasher since they wouldn’t replace it

It looks like the front door doesn't seal properly and as it's washing, there is a puddle of water under it. You would think that after spending so much on the "top of the line" dishwasher you wouldn't have these kinds of defects. Also compared to other brands' dish racks these feel very wobbly and don't slide in very smoothly. The next dishwasher will definitely not be a Samsung.

The first time it would not start due to an error code which was resolved by replacing all internal parts. Now it will not start at all and I am getting the "run around" because the extended warranty company cannot find any service center to fix my unit. I will never buy anything from Samsung again!

I’ve read the manual front and back wondering what I’m missing, I’ve tried all different kinds of detergent and nothing helped. I’ve never regretted a purchase so much.
