I’d say it gets moderate usage given my family size and how often we wash dishes. Right after the 2 year mark, I started getting PC and 4C error codes. I checked the water supply and everything was good. Called a technician and he said no power was being supplied to the valve. Had to get a new control board for it to work.

This Samsung dishwasher sounds impressive on paper, but in real use it falls short. Despite the low 39 dBA claim, it doesn’t feel significantly quieter than cheaper models, and some cycles leave dishes with spots and stuck-on food. The 3rd rack feels cramped and awkward, and the controls can be confusing. Build quality feels flimsy for the price, and reliability doesn’t match expectations for a premium machine. Not worth the premium tag compared to better-performing

Okay dishwasher

The inside of that model was bigger and offered more options for adjusting the sections. It cleans okay just doesnt fit as much as my old (standard) size dishwasher. This one was also more expensive.

I read the reviews on this product and made up my mind. Picked it up from the Best Buy Distribution Center in lieu of waiting for delivery and got it in the house. Hookup was extremely easy once in place. On my previous model, I had an impeller design whereas this machine is the "old school" agitator setup. So far, I've been very impressed with the overall cleaning performance. My clothes get very messy at work and this machine gets them clean. I have not had to use the Heavy Duty Cycle at all, just Normal and it does the job. I love the layout of the controls and the ability to adjust the water level as necessary. The Self-Clean function is wonderful, as it even reminds you when it must be performed. Waiting for the matching dryer to go on sale and if it performs as well as the washer, especially for the price, and you really can't go wrong. Highly Recommended...!!!!!
