It is so quiet and the utensil rack has been nice, allowing for more room on the bottom rack for dishes. We love how it pops open at the end of a cycle to help with the drying process.

The mechanism that adjusts the height of the second rack feels a bit flimsy - which worries me for the future, but other than that, I really love the dishwasher.

It is so quiet compared to our old dishwasher that the first few times we used it I was sure it wasn't operating fully but load after load of dishes came out spotless. It is just super quiet.

Stainless steel inside, and VERY, VERY QUIET, which is great feature when you kitchen shares part of the living space. I can talk to my friends sitting at the kitchen counter next to it running and they cant tell its running.

However, the bottom rack does not slide smoothly into the machine. The door needs to be held down as it will not open all the way to allow the bottom rack to slide out. The middle rack rarely has more than one mug or cup that is completely dry following a cycle.

We suggest removing the lower rack and putting it back again, as the rack might have been improperly installed. Please refer to page 14 of the dishwasher's user manual for the basic use of racks (angling of the plate supports).

It is quiet it is energy efficient and it cleans better than any dishwasher I've ever had and it actually drys the dishes

Gets dishes squeaky clean, dries beautifully and it is so quiet! I also love the sleek look and no handle. I wish I would have upgraded sooner!
