I love my new dishwasher— best decision I made this year. It’s so quiet that we have to double check that it is even running. In addition, it’s WiFi enabled so we get notifications (via the app) that the dishwasher has finished.

It’s a nice dishwasher but it has its pros & cons. I like the look of it & it works well. I also like the top rack where you can put knives & other utensils that are too big for the utensil basket. I don’t like the buttons on the top because it’s too close to my countertop & is hard to press them. Another thing I don’t like is when you put silverware in the basket, sometimes it hits the side of the dishwasher & gets stuck on some plastic cover & pulls it off!

An excellent dishwasher. Very quiet when running and performs a great job as well. It even does a good job at cleaning baby bottles, which are typically difficult to clean in dishwasher. Even by hand they require a few different cleaning tools, so having something that does a good job at cleaning them saves us a lot of time. I would recommend this dishwasher to anyone who is looking for something that can clean baby bottles, sippy cups and every baby/toddler eating/drinking device in between. I especially enjoy the drying and sanitizing features!

Tuestday our dish washer stop working and Friday we had guests for dinner.
We went to Best buy Wednesday morning, Samsung 24" was suggested by the salesman Frank , purchase including installation and Friday noon was the delivery and after an hour I had my dishwasher working enough time before my guests arrived. deseve 5 stars

I purchased open box item. I think it was returned because it is difficult to install. Though it took one hour to replace the builder provided Frigidaire unit, it cleans better, makes lower noise, looks better, dries better.

Bought this on black friday as a replacement for our leaking unit. It is a very nice dishwasher and so quiet that you can't tell it is running when you are standing by it. The countdown timer on the outside of the door is great and the Stormwash is fantastic.

This might be the worst dishwasher I have owned among the 15 places I've lived in my life. The racks are cheap and don't glide in and out smoothly. The top rack adjusts up and down, but really it just likes to fall down.
The door doesn't stay horizontal when loading it until you get some weight on the bottom rack.
Then, after only 8 weeks, it has thrown an error code THREE TIMES and stopped working.
We know how frustrating it can be to not have a working dishwasher. Let us help.

• Issue: Dishwasher stopped washing properly after 516 cycles.

1. September 2025:
• Contacted Geek Squad for service under warranty.
• Appointment scheduled for September 19, 2025.
2. September 19, 2025:
• No technician showed up.
• Called Geek Squad: was told the job had been outsourced to Service Quick and advised to contact them directly.
3. Service Quick Call:
• Was told that Sep 19 was only a “tentative” date, not confirmed.
• After explaining the situation, new appointment set for September 25, 2025.
4. September 25, 2025:
• Technician arrived and only ran diagnostics.
• Said parts needed to be ordered.
5. October 7, 2025:
• Second technician arrived with a door harness,
• Refused to perform repair because the dishwasher was hard-wired.
• Advised that unit must be unhooked and made accessible before service.

Door is weird it doesn’t go all the way down without a ton of pressure. It’s quiet and runs well

The dishwasher works great. Sales rep Ash in Bluffton, SC was wonderful . . . patient and knowledgeable. , who delivered the new dishwasher and took away our old one was personable, efficient and knew what he was doing. All in all, a great experience!

The dishwasher is extremely quiet and does a good job of cleaning. The racks however are not easy to load and the bottom rack in particular does not have enough vertical rows. It seems as though an entire row is missing on the bottom rack so it does not work well for any type of dish other than plates and a few bowls. It does not come with the necessary adaptor to connect the water supply line which is very disappointing and necessitated a trip to the hardware store. For the price of the dishwasher why would it not include an $8 adaptor that is required to install?
