Mostly a great dishwasher. 3rd rack is very convenient and this dishwasher is incredibly quiet. If has some issues with water leaking. Easy fix with the total tech support highly recommended. This does seem to be a Samsung issue though as it happened on my last Samsung dishwasher.

dishes get really clean.
Problem is the bottom tier for dishes does not keep the dishes upright. Once loaded when you go to close the rack and then door the dishes fall on themselves causing chips etc to the falling dishes. You think they'd see that when testing???

It cleans dishes very well and dry spotless. I loved how it opens the door at the end of cycle. Loved using it with Smartthing app. No complain so far.

It’s so quiet and automatically opens itself when it’s done with the cycle, which I love! And the Wi-Fi makes it easy to start the load if you forgot or are not home to.

They may have installed it wrong and the door does not open widely and install team did not install water part! Instalations are terrible! Door does not open
