If has some issues with water leaking. Easy fix with the total tech support highly recommended. This does seem to be a Samsung issue though as it happened on my last Samsung dishwasher.

Problem is the bottom tier for dishes does not keep the dishes upright. Once loaded when you go to close the rack and then door the dishes fall on themselves causing chips etc to the falling dishes. You think they'd see that when testing???

An elegant dishwaher
