No instructions and I got error message the third time I used it!! Had to call for repair

I've had it for 2 months and it already needs to be serviced. When i try to start a load it keeps saying it needs to drain for 1 minute then cancels the cycle. There is no water in it. Can't get it going. Reset from breaker not working. Will now have to schedule a maintenance call after barely a few loads. Unimpressed.

I wanted the Bosch at 42db, but this one is not as expensive and has many of the features that the Bosch has (including a third tray for cutlery). I’ve only bought Bosch dishwashers and swear by them—but since this is a second home, I thought I’d try to save a little money. The problems I found, compared to higher-end Bosch dishwashers, are that (1) it doesn’t come with a leak-detecting hose; and, (2) it doesn’t come with a power cable and plug (!). I can sort of understand the former, but what does it take to supply a power chord? Oh, imagine trying to find one. But it has plenty of features and is very quiet. I would buy it again despite not having a power cable. Service at Best Buy is great! The guys loaded this into my Subaru wagon and were helpful throughout. I even got a Best Buy gift card that I used to buy myself a nice, little Kindle. Thanks.

So far, so good. I’ve had this dishwasher about a month. Quiet and does a good job cleaning. It’s leaving a lot of spots on plastic containers but that may be the settings we’re using. We’re still trying to figure it out. Former LG unit lasted just 2 years and 2 months so we went with Samsung this time. We’re nightly users and it seems like we’re replacing dishwashers every 3-5 years.

Great size and so nice and quiet, which is great when you run the dishwasher at night when everyone is sleeping

It washes very well, no problems so far. I would recommend to a friend.

pro: cleans great, dries good. incredibly quiet. the stainless steel keeps fingerprints/smudges away con: the metal sticks that hold the plates appear flimsy, let's see how long they last. the rack for glasses should have a middle setting, on low big plates don't fit below, on high taller glasses rub on the third rack.

I’d love to review it except every time I schedule a delivery you guys cancel it a day or two before and can’t provide a reason as to why

This is a wonderful dishwasher, extremely quiet, you can’t even hear it running. Does a phenomenal job cleaning dishes that are just put in, not rinsed. I have not regretted this purchase at all, quick, careful delivery from the fine folks at Best Buy as well.

Glad I made the change, this dishwasher is really quiet (so quiet that I sometime forget if it’s on or not) ! The fact that it’s opening slightly at the end of the drying cycle is also something interesting that helps remove any post drying activity ! Definitively recommend it !

I have been without a dishwasher fir a year and a half, wasn't sure if i was going to buy one but went in and i found one without a box and it was like half off so i bought it and i love it

Love our new dishwasher. My dishes have never been so clean. It is quiet I have to check to see if it is on. The installer was professional and clean.

Overall it is a good dishwasher. Cleans the dishes like it should. I do wonder about the quality of parts and how they are going to hold up.
