Best thing about it is it’s super quiet, love the way it looks I like the third rack, but it does leave less room at the bottom for big and tall things, cleans great!

I love the AI function, i love how it recognizes what’s inside and matches the cycle plan for example baby bottle and etc.. but sometimes It doesn’t clean well, hardware inside is poor quality. I had a cheaper vesion of this dishwasher and it was better.

Best Buy did allow the job by using a third-party installer to install my dishwasher ever since my dishwasher was installed. I am not able to use my dishwasher I pay for a kit for my dishwasher for $37. They did not install that kit, but I was charged for it because it’s on my bill Best Buy this is terrible on your part this dishwasher cost over $700 and I cannot use it. They take the kids the install kit that I pay for they did not install it. They use a plastic holes instead of the stainless steel oil that they charge me for which is a ripoff. No, I have major problem because of the rip off that they use this third-party company to install the dishwasher. I called Best Buy. They told me that I need to call Samson I call Samsung Thompson says no Best Buy. I need to fix this problem so now I’m waiting for them to come out on the 23rd off August 6 this problem and to bring the right order that I already pay for $37 which they did not use so they stole that hose. this company is on time delivery which I think they need to change their name because number one. They weren’t on time number two. I sit here all day waiting for them then they put me back to the last appointment which is like 6 o’clock then number three they were in such a mud rush, hurry and they do lousy sloppy job. this delivery guy from un delivery. They need to be trained out to set up a dishwasher. Make sure that it’s working properly. The customer how it work use the Install kit that you pay for which is $37 and not use a plastic instead that is not acceptable. This is a honest review.

ordered product on September 29, it was installed on October 3rd. On October 4th we ran our first wash and the dishwasher hasn't worked since. no power to the unit, ran all the troubleshooting suggested, then called for service. took 2 weeks for them to come to run the exact troubleshooting i did, they changed two parts, restored power, but none of the buttons work. they had to order a part, still have not heard form them over a week later. I demanded the entire unit be replaced and they told me they cant replace it until they tried all the parts first. ITS LESS THAN A MONTH OLD
