The machine is garbage! The volume is good because it’s not so loud, but that’s the only reason I’m not giving this less stars. The layout is awful and more importantly, IT DOESN’T WASH WELL!!!! I don’t know how many times I’ve had to rewash dishes because they come out dirty! What’s the point of a dishwasher then? Pictures show dirty dishes after the machine finished “washing.”

I like the fact it does get the dishes clean on express wash. I don’t like the face it leaves moisture after finishing washing

About this online as an open box dishwasher they were a few scratches on it that I could not tell in the pictures but I installed it anyway and it worked great after a little doctor on the scratches it does not look too bad installed

Had some trouble finding the right sized dishwasher. This model is great if you’re having an older built kitchen with lower counter tops.

Very nice and just enjoy quiet. Good for value of money

The machine is smaller than suggested by pictures and description because I purchased it online. However, the main issue is that it has not been working properly ever since it was installed. It stopped working properly a week after it was installed. The machine would not completely drain the water at the end of the cycle. This happened a week after it was installed and then it worked properly for 2-3 days. Then it would drain incompletely each cycle and we had to use the force drain option to remove all the water. I called Bestbuy and they sent some to take a look. They turned out to be installation experts and said they could not find any problems even after running the machine for an hour. Then the problem became worse and water leaked into the kitchen floor. I called Bestbuy again and this time, I was transferred to Samsung tech support. They sent their technicians who checked and identified the problem in the drain pipe. According to them, the machine was not installed properly and the drain pipe was compressed. The next day, the problem came back and machine would not drain the water. I called again and they sent over someone. This time, the technicians replaced the drain pipe and pump and ran the machine which worked fine at that time. However, the problem came back when I ran the machine the next day and there was water leaking into the kitchen floor. I called again and this time I talked via text message because I was at work. I got a message that someone will be coming over but have not heard from anyone. When I called again, I was told the ticket has been closed even though I did get any confirmation via email or phone. Every time I call, it is getting harder to have the issue resolved. I am really disappointed with the whole experience since I am spending a considerable amount of time trying to get someone to fix the problem. The reason why I chose a Samsung dishwasher was because of their reputation as providers of products of great quality and reliability. This experience has made me think twice before venturing into buying a Samsung appliance.

Iblove this dishwasher. It is very quiet, which was vwry important because i have an open concept home. It does a great job of cleaning my dishes, and had a great variety of wash cycles, including fast wash, sanitize and heat water options. My counters are a bit lower and this ADA washer fit perfectly in the space. It was easy to install. So happy i purchased this.

Satisfied with this dishwasher! Fit into our smaller space, isn't too loud, and gets the dishes dry. We have to be careful of how tall items can be arranged on the bottom shelf. Standard size dinner plates can't all go in the bottom rack, since they'll knock the spinner beneath the top rack. But it's certainly better than no dishwasher!

I have an issue with the first person who came to install my a Samsung dishwasher The first time he came to install it he said that the dishwasher was not going to fit. He said that the counters weren't the right height. We then went back and ordered an ADA compliant dishwasher. Today he came over, got a call and said that someone else would co!e over to install it since he had a family emergency. The second person was fine and he installed the dishwasher without any problem. I noticed that there is a space between the dishwasher and the cabinet. My family thinks that the first person who came to install the dishwasher did not want to do the job, since he backed out of installation twice. Thought that BestBuy should know.

I bought it for a rental unit and it seems to do its job. Wash and clean seem ok. There's a hot dry cycle. Be careful of the dimension. It shows 33.5" in height, but the dishwasher seems to be higher than 33.5" even with the wheels removed.

Not that wild about this machine. It gets things very clean - however . . . any setting other than normal causes the finish to be stripped off most dishes. Not that great in terms of fitting most things.

It is a very beautiful dishwasher and is ADA Compliant.

Just had this installed for about a week and already notice how quiet it runs. The dishes come out clean. Still getting used to the best way to load it, but that should settle itself out with time. This model is the perfect size for our low counter.

Good ADA Compliant dishwasher. We just needed a shorter than normal dishwasher since the last owner floored-in the old one. It runs quiet and cleans dishes without an issue. Just make sure to leave the door open 30 degree for drying. So far so good.

I LOVE my new dishwasher. It works very well, no noise at all and it's exactly what I needed! It fit into my small kitchen space. At first I couldn't get it to start, but that was because I didn't press the right button on the control panel. LOL! It's simplistic and that's what I needed. Thank you to Best Buy. I buy all my products at Best Buy and have aways had good results! I will continue to buy at Best Buy.

Loving this new dishwasher no residue or soap/water buildup or stain. It does make a little noise while cleaning though.
