Based on our prior purchase, this was a lot more money, but worth it so far. It dries OK and is much quieter than our last dishwasher we bought 10 years ago. Love the new adjustable rack features. Overall satisfied, but we've only had it about a month, so time will tell.

This dishwasher is great. Extremely quiet. Cleans well. Doesn't dry things on top rack so well but that's only because of how energy efficient it is.

This dishwasher is so quiet and convenient u can fit a lot of dishes and pots and pans in the dishwasher...since this purchase was such a good deal. I have now bought all samsung electronics a stove washing machine dryer

Recently purchased and impressed with the quietness during operation. Like the fact that it has a stainless steel tub. Simple and easy to use. Rack is very sturdy and is easily removable if needed for larger items.

This dishwasher looks really nice. We are still in the process of remodeling, so it hasn't been used, but it looks nice.

The motor of our Whirlpool dishwasher burned out after 8 years(just replaced their washing machine 4 months ago-bought at the same time). When we called them about the repair the girl made it sound like our unit was so old. We will never buy Whirlpool anything again. I asked the sales person at Best Buy which one she would recommend. There was actually a closeout model available online that she had said the way the water sprayed was different and really good for cleaning, but she still recommended this Samsung over it. I wish I would have gone with my gut instinct and gotten the other one instead. Even though I use the Cascade gel packs with the finish rinse in it, I still have to add Jet Dry to the dispenser because the first few times I didn't use it I had a ton of dirty water and food residue. It is somewhat better with the Jet Dry, but I still have to hand rinse/wipe off the bottom of glasses. It also leaves food residue on plastic. The bottom rack doesn't seem to hold as much as our old one.

I purchased this dishwasher because my old one which was 14 years old died it was loud and noisy my new Samsung is quiet cleans the dishes well and has so many nice features like adjustable racks glass holders its just a very versatile dish washer

Love that this dishwasher is very quiet and the dishes come out dry. The large rack on the top is nice for tall glasses and bowls.

I love my new dishwasher. It cleans so well and looks great in my updated kitchen. The features are great for sorting utensils and placing lids or small items in the top washing area. My house is small so its quietness is definitely appreciated.

Cleans dishes well. Plastic items dont dry as well. Zero complaints
