I think thatmore effort and thought needed to go into the rack designs. Upper rack should have wider spaces for cups and glasses. Bottom rack needs a better design to load plates and bowls.

This is a great dishwasher for a single person or small family. No fancy settings but still has all the bells and whistles needed. (ie: sanitize, air dry, light wash, heavy wash).

The machine is a good buy for the price. It is pretty quite but we are having some difficulty understanding all of the indicator lights that stay turned on once the machine is done cleaning.

Overall I love my applaince. It gets the job done and is very quiet. I wish it would dry my dishes better. It matches my other applainces. I will buy Samsung brand again.

I purchased this dishwasher because of the price and the fact that it had a stainless steal interior. The only thing I don't like about it is that the dishes are very wet when the clean cycle ends. I have to dry the dishes off when a towel before I can put them away.

I had gone to another store that carried just appliances thinking they would have good prices after talking with the sales person and telling her what I was looking for she confirmed this model had both adjustable racks on the top and bottom, there price was a little to high they added delivery and the kit was more. so I went to Best Buy and spoke with JOJO would had helped me before . I gave her the model number and Best Buy had the same one of a little less money and no delivery . So I did purchases this with out seeing it . It's okay but not exactly what I thought I was getting

I really love my choice in this dishwasher. What made this great deal awesome was the $19.99 delivery and installation. That alone saved us almost $200. There was a misunderstanding in the delivery appointment but best buy did a great job in correcting the problem.

I replaced a Bosch dishwasher with this Samsung unit. It is great great great. Silverware cleans nicely dishes look great. Only downside is the length it runs but I will trade that for clean dishes.

Me and my fiance were looking for a new dishwasher since ours had stopped working. We decided to go with the Samsung because of price and looks. We are very happy with our selection, it works great!

this was easy to install, looks great, works great , easy to keep clean. not as noise as my last one { Kenmore }

We were told that stainless steel interior was quieter and this unit is very quiet. Washing dishes on the quick setting does not always dry the plastic items but drying on the normal setting does. The top and bottom racks are adjustable to fit odd size pieces. Really like the wine glass holders. Top rack is deeper on one side so it lessons the need to constantly adjust rack height,

The sales person actually looked on line for the same dishwasher to price match the lowest price with Sears etc. Best Buy beat all on the prices and delivery and installation were tops

I just purchased this to replace a very old Kenmore unit which was so loud you couldn't hear the television in the next room. This dishwasher is incredibly quiet. I load dishes as I use them, and don't wash until its full - sometimes a few days later. They say not to rinse the dishes before you put them in so I tried that with my first load. One pan that I had used to cook up some hamburger did not get 100% clean, so I will go back to at least semi-cleaning some of the dirtier dishes before loading them in the washer. I'm sure after sitting with dried hamburger and grease stuck to the bottom of it for a few days, nothing would have cleaned it but a good scrub with an SOS pad. I also added the rinse agent and selected the "sanitize" feature for the 2nd load I tried, and it did a better job drying. It does take quite a while to complete the cycle though. Cons: The guys that installed this for me said they have more repair calls on Samsung dishwashers than any other brand, so time will tell. Had I known that, I probably wouldn't have purchased this one. But so far, I have no complaints. I think I would recommend this unit, but I would also recommend you buy the extended warranty, based on what the installers told me.

I love this machine and it is so quiet you do not even know it is running. I love every thing about it. If you are looking for a good dish washer I would go with this.

The interior of this dishwasher doesn't seem to fit our standard dishes. On the top rack, if I load bowls where they're supposed to fit, they take up the room for the glasses right next to them. It's also a little clunky to pull out the racks. Not all dishes come out clean. I had chopped up spinach still stuck to a bowl, melted cheese stuck on a plate and a knife that was still covered in frosting.

The only change I could recommend is adding a small removable basket to the top rack for items like measuring cups that are small but too large for silverware basket.

It does a great job on my dishes. But when I pull out the bottom basket it pulls out so for that it comes off the track.

It is very quiet I did find that you have to use a drying agent then the dishes came out without spots.

Just lasted under the 5 year extended warranty. Broke down 4 times.
