Poor dishwasher

Returned and went with Sears Kenmore which has exceeded my expectations. I should have checked Consumer Reports before purchasing a Samsung.

Great depth for large plates

I have already taken the covers off the silverware containers. Put each piece in one at a time?? You're kidding! The manual doesn't even show glasses on top shelf. You feed 12 people but don't have glasses? Plates are shown overlapping. Don't do that either.
