Once that was repaired, it worked for 1 week and then refused to start sometimes, would only work on the long cycle others. The part that needed to be replaced for that problem was the same part that was replaced the first time - I returned the dishwasher! Also the fastest cycle takes well over an hour and I wasn't impressed with the cleaning or the loading.

We pre-rinse and this isn't stuck on food, it's like food is getting tossed around inside and landing on the dishes and silverware. Just nasty. Having to do a service call already. Not happy.

No, I would not recommend this to a friend Not what I had expected....

The dishwasher LOOKS great...has stainless inside, but the functionality of the racks is terrible...it is impossible to arrange dishes in an efficient manner. Also, the blower feature for drying rather than a heating element doesn't work...the dishes are dripping wet when they come out of the washer. And, you definitely need to clean the dishes well before putting them in the dishwasher...otherwise they come out with food on them. Very disappointed.

I'm sorry to hear you aren't happy with your DW7933LRABB. I would suggest reviewing the troubleshooting tips in the user manual or on Samsung's website with regard to both the cleaning and drying performance. Factors such as water temperature, dish placement, cycle selection and water pressure can impact the cleaning, or it's possible that the spray nozzles are clogged. Cleaning them, as instructed in the manual, could significantly improve performance. Condensation Drying relies on the residual heat on the dishes to evaporate the water, not a "blower". Using a rinse aid, selecting Sanitize, and keeping the door closed until the cycle is complete can all help to improve drying. Also, since plastics don't retain heat well, they may not dry well, and the concave bottoms of cups may hold some water as well if not placed in the rack so they can drain.

We wasted our money

When we had a maintenance call to check the machine and it's installation, the repairman told us that this is all this and other new dishwashers will do, and they are all basically a waste of money.
