this was easy to install, looks great, works great , easy to keep clean. not as noise as my last one { Kenmore }

We were told that stainless steel interior was quieter and this unit is very quiet. Washing dishes on the quick setting does not always dry the plastic items but drying on the normal setting does. The top and bottom racks are adjustable to fit odd size pieces. Really like the wine glass holders. Top rack is deeper on one side so it lessons the need to constantly adjust rack height,

Overall I love my applaince. It gets the job done and is very quiet. I wish it would dry my dishes better. It matches my other applainces. I will buy Samsung brand again.

Out of the appliance set I bought this was the worst of the lot. It works alright, I like the stainless inside. It doesn't clean very well, ive used a lot of dishwashers over the years and some are heavy duty you throw stuck pans and plates with stuck on food and it shines them perfectly, this is one of the ones where the dishes need to be clean to sanitize them basically. The slots for cutlery are too thin, my silverware doesn't fit in them. overall its pretty loud. I''ll spend more money next time unless I end up buying everything in a bundle again.

The sales person actually looked on line for the same dishwasher to price match the lowest price with Sears etc. Best Buy beat all on the prices and delivery and installation were tops

I had gone to another store that carried just appliances thinking they would have good prices after talking with the sales person and telling her what I was looking for she confirmed this model had both adjustable racks on the top and bottom, there price was a little to high they added delivery and the kit was more. so I went to Best Buy and spoke with JOJO would had helped me before . I gave her the model number and Best Buy had the same one of a little less money and no delivery . So I did purchases this with out seeing it . It's okay but not exactly what I thought I was getting

I just purchased this to replace a very old Kenmore unit which was so loud you couldn't hear the television in the next room. This dishwasher is incredibly quiet. I load dishes as I use them, and don't wash until its full - sometimes a few days later. They say not to rinse the dishes before you put them in so I tried that with my first load. One pan that I had used to cook up some hamburger did not get 100% clean, so I will go back to at least semi-cleaning some of the dirtier dishes before loading them in the washer. I'm sure after sitting with dried hamburger and grease stuck to the bottom of it for a few days, nothing would have cleaned it but a good scrub with an SOS pad. I also added the rinse agent and selected the "sanitize" feature for the 2nd load I tried, and it did a better job drying. It does take quite a while to complete the cycle though. Cons: The guys that installed this for me said they have more repair calls on Samsung dishwashers than any other brand, so time will tell. Had I known that, I probably wouldn't have purchased this one. But so far, I have no complaints. I think I would recommend this unit, but I would also recommend you buy the extended warranty, based on what the installers told me.

Thank God I purchased extended warranty. Product never cleaned correctly. After numerous service calls and not having a dishwasher for several months, the store manager from Niles Ohio was very understanding and worked with me to replace product with a different brand of dishwasher without any out of pocket costs. He was fantastic and treated me with the utmost understanding. I will by from Best Buy again just not a Samsung dishwasher. Would have given this product 0 stars if were possible. Would give Best Buy, the Store Manager, and the Geek Squad 10s.

I love this machine and it is so quiet you do not even know it is running. I love every thing about it. If you are looking for a good dish washer I would go with this.

The only change I could recommend is adding a small removable basket to the top rack for items like measuring cups that are small but too large for silverware basket.

It is ok as far as getting the dishes clean. The dish rack system seems to have been designed by someone who doesn't stack the family's dishes for cleaning----removing the rack for the dinner plates is necessary in order to clean large things, the silverware has to be placed in the container one by one or raise the top of the container---then the cubicles are too shallow, etc,etc,etc. The stainless steel isn't stainless.

Bought this item sight unseen. Was pleasantly surprised. Attractive, very quiet, and I have no complaints in the cleanliness of my dishes at this time.

I thought this dish washer was going to be quite a bit better than the old one I had but it really didn't make much of a difference. The normal cycle left basic grime on the dishes. I pulled a plate and a cup out and wiped the muck off with my hand (easily), event after I ran the dishwasher. They were all hot and wet but not all of them were clean :/

it has a sleek clean look. all the feaures i was looking for. very quite. got a great deal on price match.

It is very quiet I did find that you have to use a drying agent then the dishes came out without spots.

The interior of this dishwasher doesn't seem to fit our standard dishes. On the top rack, if I load bowls where they're supposed to fit, they take up the room for the glasses right next to them. It's also a little clunky to pull out the racks. Not all dishes come out clean. I had chopped up spinach still stuck to a bowl, melted cheese stuck on a plate and a knife that was still covered in frosting.

It does a great job on my dishes. But when I pull out the bottom basket it pulls out so for that it comes off the track.

Love new dishwasher fits so much more than my last dishwasher. Love the stainless steel!
