Overall a great value. Runs VERY quiet and cleans dishes well. It also has a lot more room inside than our old dishwasher had.

In general, the dishwasher is great. The dishes come out clean. However, the tops of cups and mugs stay wet. The bottom rack has the prongs too close together and it is hard to fit in bowls or large dishes. The top rack has room for tall glasses, but the rows are narrow and hard to fit mugs or wide glasses.

Not only does it clean the dishes well, but we had to double check several times to make sure it was on - simply a sweet peace of heaven. Having to replace our old unit (not even five years old) very suddenly sure made me leery of looking for a new one due to the expected high price for the features and stainless steel look we wanted. What a pleasant surprise to find this product. Set-up guys were in and out in less than an hour. What more could you ask for?

needed a dishwasher and this one was on sale wasn't sure on the brand but to my surprise it's very quiet and it cleans the dishes very good

When washing pots, they don't sit easily on the bottom rack. When you remove the section of rack, there is nothing to hold pots up.

Very quiet, love the power button. Just make sure nothing gets in the way of the soap dispenser. If blocked, it will not open.

Bought this for my house and it's great! So quiet and cleans very well. Would reccomend for anyone in the market for a dishwasher

This dishwasher is everything we hoped for. It is quiet and extra roomy and does a great job. And the buying experience was good.

This dishwasher cleans the dishes very well and is very quiet. My favorite feature is the child lock for the control buttons!

We got this as a replacement for a seriously old washer that was dying. It is way more efficient and its nice and quiet!

This is my second Samsung stainless steel lined dishwasher. I moved and had to leave the other one behind, reluctantly. This new one is a fabulous machine. It cleans very well and I can hardly tell when it's on. The controls are easy to use. All in all, a great dishwasher.

I previously had a stainless steel Samsung Dishwasher that would make weird noises while it was in the drying cycle, so I upgraded to this Dishwasher mostly because of the steam technology. So far it has done an awesome job and is extremely quiet I can hardly tell its on. All of the new dishwashers seem to require a rinse agent so that will be needed to dry your dishes right, and the steam technology seems to do a great job cleaning all of the grime off of the dishes. Overall it's a great dishwasher but is pricey I think I paid about 1200 including the install but the wife wanted it so since she does most of the dish washing I had to make her happy.

very basic model, but nice. very quiet...low decibel is nice. the only draw back is if you pull the bottom rack out too far to load it, you have to work it back onto its track.

THIS IS A VERY QUIET MACHINE THAT HAS JUST ENOUGH BUTTONS TO MAKE IT WORK WELL. THE STAINLESS STEEL INSIDE IS REALLY NICE. SOME OF THE SMALLER DISHES TIP EASILY IN THE UPPER RACK, AND,LIKE OTHER SAMSUNG PRODUCTS SHOWS EVERY SPOT AND MARK THAT HAPPENS TO HIT IT.

I bought this to replace an older dishwasher that was starting to fail. However, the old dishwasher cleaned way better than this new one. Every time we use it, several dishes aren't clean - mostly glasses on the top rack. They have crumbs stuck to them. I called Samsung to get someone to come out, and the woman on the phone said that she would forward my complaint but if I want someone to come out, I'd have to pay for it. She then gave me the number to a repair company that they subcontract out to. I called Samsung back and got a much more intelligent person to help me (she didn't understand my questions, or at least gave me answers that didn't answer my questions), and he was great. But he said that dishwashers just aren't as good as they used to be, and the phosphate-free detergents make it worse. I got someone to come out (under warranty) and the repairman said the same thing - that new dishwashers just aren't very good. He said even the expensive ones are no better, and are sometimes worse (he mentioned Bosch). Another thing is that the racks are made so that it's difficult to fit dishes into it, like they designed it without considering the types of dishes most people wash. I've heard many of my friends complain about this with all different kinds of dishwashers, though. One final complaint: the lower rack sometimes gets off track and you have to lift it, full of dishes, to get it back on track. This is a design flaw, and very annoying. I just don't pull the rack all the way out and it doesn't happen (but this is a pain). I would have given this dishwasher 2 stars, except I think they all clean equally badly. So this is probably just an average dishwasher.

More then meets my expectation for a dishwasher with all of the features we hoped to find at the price paid.
