This has to be the quietest dishwasher on the planet. Excellent value and high end quality. This unit replaced a 3 year old G.E. model and am extremely pleased with all functions. Very easy installation compared to the G.E. model

dishwasher get dishes clean and is very quiet while running except when utilizing the drying feature. It has a fan assist dry feature and the fan makes a loud buzz. Going to take apart the fan assembly and see if I can quiet it down

This dishwasher delivers all I wanted: color is white, stainless steel interior, simple to operate, does the job in every way very well.

We have replaced Bosch dishwasher which was leaving dishes dirty and was producing a bad smell. The main reason to choose Samsung dishwasher was a food disposer, so no need to constantly clean and wash filter. This dishwasher does not have a filter which has to be cleaned after each use, food disposer takes care of it. So, no longer bad smell at all. Dishwasher is very quiet. Also doing its work very well. Dishes are coming very clean. Very easy to operate. We are very happy.

I would highly recommend the Samsung dishwasher for It's performance quietness and good looks. got it on sale at a very reasonable price.

Overall th is is an excellent dishwasher. It has a large capacity which is especially handy for large pots and pans and other tall items. It runs surprisingly quiet such that it's hardly noticeable while its running.

Overall, I am actually surprised how well this dishwasher runs, cleans and operates. The best part is how quiet it is. My old dishwasher (which was very old), was super noisy and didn't clean well, so we purchased this one because most of our products are Samsung and have had good luck so far. My living room is right next to the kitchen, so I did want something quiet. And this worked out perfect. Even with the tv off, its hard to hear if its running or not. Also, haven't had to rewash a single dish yet. One simple feature I love is a light to indicate that you are low on rinse aid.

Compared to my old dishwasher (which came with the house), this dishwasher is more effective in that it is quiet, and everything comes out sparkling clean

Purchased this as a part of the open box deal. Got it home and it works great and looks great. Love the child lock, as our toddler likes to push buttons. Overall, very happy with the purchase.

I purchased this dishwasher about a month ago and I am very impressed with how quiet it runs and how well it washes! Great purchase for our family.

So far so good. Give it 6 months and ask me again to review this unit. Unit is quiet, seems to clean as advertised. Like everything else these days, you get minimal features for a premium price.

This dishwasher is great. It removes the stains off the dishes that my kids didn't get. I bought it online and was shipped on time. Best Buy had a mix up on my order so I had to resubmit it. I then installed it myself and it works flawlessly.

With the soap dispenser on the door, if there is even a tupperware lid standing up too close, the door won't open and therefore no soap in the cycle. I would prefer the silverware tray be in the door. You have to use the Jetdry liquid or the dishes come out soaking wet. The only "cycle complete" indicator light is when you select the sanitize feature. The buttons are also too easily pushed by accidentally leaning up against the counter. However, it does get the job done but if it was our long term replacement dishwasher, we might have returned it.

This machine is extremely quiet when in operation. It does an excellent job washing and then drying all the dishes. Cleanest we've had in years.

Quiet, efficient, cleans perfectly and has some great variable options. The only downside is the installation. the tripod configuration of the "legs" and the leveling of same can be tricky especially if you live in a home where the floors are more than a little "off kilter". Loading takes a little practice since the rack configuration is different from other mainline dishwashers. The pros for this machine far outweigh the installation detail.

Selected the Samsung based on history with their products and my daughter's suggestion. Bought this to replace an old GE Potscrubber.This machine is virtually silent and cleans the dishes exceptionally well. Purchased this product at the Memorial day sale, it was only $140 more than a base machine, inexpensive installation service, stainless steel tub and did I mention virtual silence? Great value in a dishwasher, well worth the upgrade.

It only took us a couple of hours to hook up dishwasher, we were replacing an older model. Although the instructions didn't mention the need to level until after it told you to bolt it to the counter and to already have the water and power hooked to the front from under the machine making it impossible to then level the front and back without unhooking everything again. Love the stainless steel inside. Not sure if that or the fact that it is a newer machine than what we had previously, but we have found that with using the sanitize mode that our plastic cups and containers are much drier than with our old machine. Glad we went with this model!

This is one of the best appliance purchases I have made. It cleans exceptionally well, and is VERY quiet. My kitchen and living room are open to each other, and I can't hear it running when sitting in my living room. No complaints at all. I highly recommend it.

I'm not particularly excited about this dishwasher. I would purchase a different one if I had to make the decision again. Pros: (1) Unbelievably quiet - you literally have to put your ear next to the dishwasher to tell if it's on or not. (2) Design - Sleek looking stainless steel design. (3) Adjustable racks - the racks slightly adjust so you can figure out ways to make a lot of dishes fit. Cons: (1) Residue - There is still residue after the wash cycle. I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong but I do rinse large chunks of food in the sink before I put them in the dishwasher. I feel that there should be no residue on my dishes. (2) Drying - The drying on this dishwasher is a joke. My used Magic Chef dishwasher from 1994 that I replaced did a way better job. (3) Bottom rack - The bottom rack drives me insane. It does not roll on and off the track very easily. This is the most frustrating thing I've experienced with the dishwasher. Ultimately, I think the pros and cons weigh equally but if I had to do it again I would purchase a different dishwasher.

With our family, we are running 2-3 times a day, and this isn't as good as the Frigidaire. EXTREMELY quiet, but hard to know when is complete. if you have light duty needs, this may do ok.
