Don’t buy if you want it to dry!

Major downside: it does not dry the dishes! If I wanted to dry dishes I’d do them by hand. Best Buy’s service was amazing! No muss, no fuss exchange for a GE.

I don't like that you can't see the controls when the door is closed. It's hard to know what stage it's in or when it's done. Other than that it's a perfectly fine dishwasher. It's nice and quiet.

No issues. Sometimes it's a little difficult to put the utensil holder back in it, but that's no big deal and I won't even remove a star for that. What I truly like is how incredibly clean and like new my dishes come out. Nice dishwasher!

The original and the Samsung are still being charged on my BestBuy credit card. I still have not received proper credit!

We needed to upgrade due to our previous dishwasher being older and I am very pleased with this purchase. The wash is excellent and the unit is very quiet compared to my last dishwasher. I highly recommend this dishwasher so go ahead and add it to the cart.
