We bought this unit to replace a Kenmore that lost its compressor. This was on sale. We got 20% discount off of MSRP. So far it's been good. Bestbuy delivered it and took the old one.

Over all, I did make a smart choice about this high efficiently of refrigerator. After shopping around, Samsung is a reliable company and had everything fits our requirements. Plus, Best Buy has a competition price with another vendors, so I am happy got a right piece, reasonable price and free delivery and haul away, it's the plus. Two weeks after, on 10/10 I bought a washing machine from Best Buy again, because their price really, really lower than others, so I won't be worried about if I pay high price. Thank you...

I did my homework on this purchase! I must have flip flopped 5 different times, meaning that i had different fridge picked out and told myself that i was getting that one! until I found this Samsung fridge. now, what i did was find the fridge that i wanted, then i looked for place to purchase. I found that doing it this way, you leave your options open and can get the best one possible. Samsung, IMO is one of the top brands out there! i was able to find this fridge at best buy using their price match guarantee and had it delivered within 5 days (for free). I paid less than the original asking price for this fridge at best buy and that was with the maximum warranty available (4 years) plus taxes! talk about a deal! NO! this one wasn't a display or dented model. whenever best buy delivered my new fridge, the delivery guys removed it from truck still in the original packing from Mfg. they unpacked it and took the box and all packing with them as well. then they put the fridge in my kitchen in the exact spot i wanted it at and then proceeded to show me what to do in order to 'break it in'. (ice maker and water dispenser)....only thing they didn't do was to hook up my ice maker line (which i did) and it was so very easy to do, all you need is a crescent wrench! i am not an employee of Samsung or best buy. I am just a satisfied consumer who purchased a refrigerator that meets every need I had from cost to quality!

We came from owning a regular or standard size refrigerator to owning this one, and we are just in love with the amount of space we have. This one was worth our money and the price was just right for us. Can't and wont go back to a regular size after owning this one, my wife and I are extremely satisfied. Although my wife wanted a stainless steel color, little by little she love the black color.

Overall the fridge looks great and is performing fine. The one flaw is the water and ice dispenser isn't always accurate on the dispensing of ice and water.

We spent several weeks looking for a good refrigerator in black (since we wanted to match our other appliances), and we wanted to keep it around $1,000. This pretty much ruled out the bottom-freezer fridges, but we liked the function of a side-by-side anyway. After looking at many in-person, we elected to go with this Samsung model at Best Buy. The salesperson treated us well, we got delivery (and haul-away) set - at no charge, by the way - and they were in and out of the house with no hassle. It did take a quick read-through of the manual to figure out several of the options on the dispenser panel (it isn't as intuitive as a traditional 3 kinds of ice and water dispenser because of the many features that are controlled through the panel), but now that it's set up, it works like a charm. We've had zero problems, love the look of the fridge, and are very satisfied with our purchase.

This refer has versatile ice choices. It has a spacious design that makes storage easy. I like space beside the ice storage for taller items.

Great price for the quality of the product. It works especially well and keeps everything very cold. It has a modern design with quality also.

We love our new fridge. It has a lot of storage in the doors. The moveable shelves are convient. The service we got at Best Buy was also great.

May be missing a drain tray for ice and water dispenser or is designed with out one which is needed

At the time we look at this refrigerator, we were attract by its elegent design. It comes with water filter and convenient water outlet. I held a party one week after the fridge in my house, all the guest appreciated the ice cube maker. Before we pick this Samsung fridge, we shop around for about 2 weeks and we are happy with the decision we made.

I had a really hard time with delivery and installation it was really quite bad.! But my refrigeraor is great I love it. It is more than we imagined when we bought it. I would tell someone else about best buy products. The product speaks for itself . The services best buy offer though, are horrible and I mean that in the nicest way. Just horrible. You guys really need to find a different company to deal with.

Nice fridge laid out well with gallon storage in the door freeing up shelf space for other large items.fridge cooled down swiftly after plugging in.the temp adjustment design allows you to dial in the exact temp you want on both sides.the water and ice share a dispensing location and you choose between water and ice with an electronic switch, so if the person before you dispensed ice and you go for water later on you will need to select water or you will get ice. Otherwise I highly recommend this unit

I like the fridge alot. The man who checked us out was extremely nice. But, was not happy at all with the customer service we received after we bought the product. After we made the purchase we were given no help on loading the fridge to our vehicle. They rolled it outside & left the 2 of us to do it with no help at all from Best Buy. My husband & I thought it was the worse customer service ever given. Especially seeing the customers before us get plenty of help loading their heavy items.

After reading all the great reviews for this fridge I didnt hesitate to purchase it. When I started using it, I was very disappointed. When you select cubed ice, some crushed ice always seems to come out, therefore my floor always has a little puddle of water on it. We have the freezer temp set to the lowest setting but yet our ice cream always is frozen solid.

We are very pleased with our purchase as this side by side seems to have more space than most side by side refrigerators

It has very cool, ambient blue-like lighting inside. It also has auto-close door feature. I like the sleek look, and it's body style and shiny doors even make you look 30 pounds thinner when you stand in front of them for inspiration to be fit! I bought it because it had a good reputation for the ice-maker and water connection not breaking constantly like some other brands I know. I didn't want to spend the money for a new fridge, but now I'm glad I did!

This is an attractive product at a great price. It has many useful features that have been well thought out.

Good unit. Have a Samsung plasma TV, but never tried any of their appliances. Very attractive, quite unit.
