If possible I would give this product 0 stars. I purchased the refrigerator 14 months ago and it has already stopped cooling. The smart app says the refrigerator is working fine, but it has been at 70 degrees for two days. After emptying the refrigerator completely and 2 days of online chats with Samsung, trying different (and sometimes repeated) troubleshooting, I have no resolution and the refrigerator still sits at 70 degrees. I now have to wait for a Samsung technician to come out, at my own expense, to diagnose as the representatives were no help in identifying a potential cause. For a $1600 refrigerator that is just over a year old, this is ridiculous. BUYERS BEWARE!!! Do not trust Samsung for your refrigerator, it is an expensive mistake I will not repeat.

Weve been very happy with the purchase of our new Samsung refrigerator.
This is a real upgrade on our old one.
the French doors are nice for access to our everyday items and the freezer draws work well to separate short term and long-term freezer items.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT AT ALL.
After only two months of having purchase this fridge, the freezer stopping working; all my food went to the trash - had to use my old school freezer in my garage terrible!
To add, while a purchase the Greek squad protection plan because it under manufacturer warranty you have to go thru Samsung, so imagine going thru Samsung - terrible experience - for the money paid on this fridge you would think you would get a good product its terrible do not purchase safe yourself the headache!

I’d give this fridge a 0 if I could. Had it about 18 months before the freezer stopped working. Paid slightly over $2000 for it. It only came with a 1 year warranty and after spending 2+ hours on the phone with Samsung, they want to send out a technician for $200+. How does a fridge break if it isn’t defective? It hasn’t moved since Best Buy delivered and installed it. This will be the last Samsung appliance I will ever buy becuase they clearly don’t stand behind their craftsmanship. Buy a GE.

We thought we were getting a product that had not been owned yet. It worked for less than a day and then started warming up. Ice maker stopped working and fridge temp rose to 65 deg F and freezer ultimately warmed up as well. Repair guy looked at it and said compressor and condenser needed replacing and that the compressor had already previously been replaced on this unit. To say we were disappointed would be an understatement!
