    We thought we were getting a product that had not been owned yet. It worked for less than a day and then started warming up. Ice maker stopped working and fridge temp rose to 65 deg F and freezer ultimately warmed up as well. Repair guy looked at it and said compressor and condenser needed replacing and that the compressor had already previously been replaced on this unit. To say we were disappointed would be an understatement!

    Wonderful product great in store customer service . However you delivery technicians dented the fridge and did not install the water filter so I have no ice. Very disappointed.

    5 weeks old and not cooling correctly!!!

    A few days ago I noticed that the freezer was no longer making ice. I a lot of research and did all of the troubleshooting steps on Samung's website. I noticed that it seemed warm so I got a couple of fridge thermometers The fridge is 45 degrees and the freezer is 30 degrees! Geek Squad is coming out next week to see what the problem is, but I am very disappointed in this experience. It's frustrating when I cannot use the only fridge in my house to store dinner for the two biggest family holiday's of the year. So far I have had to throw food away because of it spoiling and put everything outside to hopefully keep it fresh. I hope this doesn't take weeks to resolve as that would be extremely disappointing.

    Don't Buy. Fridge Stopped working after 8 months.

    I purchased less that 1 year ago and the refrigerator stopped cooling. We were still under manufacturer warranty so Samsung sent someone out. It took about a week for someone to come out. We lost all our food. The refrigerator was unable to be fixed. Samsung says it can take up to 17 business days for a new fridge or 5-7 business days for a refund minus the money for an extended warranty. Since we have kids, I need a fridge. We were told that we could only claim loss up to $200 on fridge contents. So all our meds and frozen meet just wasted. I felt protected with a warranty. Not the case.

    Got it delivered - water line froze and no water or ice. Got it replaced and the replacement did the same thing in the span of a day.

    Take a chance to learn from our experience and avoid buying open-box items. My wife and I got one delivered, and it came with a multitude of issues that left us without a refrigerator for a month. Geek Squad came out twice, and they couldn't fix it, we had return to Best Buy, do a return, and purchase a different refrigerator.

    Freezer died in less than 5 months. Geek Squad is useless too, they take a week to schedule an appt and then don't show.

    I haven't received this item. I received a phone call saying my order had to be delayed because of an injury to a staff member. I returned the call asking when the refrigerator would be rescheduled for delivery and have not received a call back.

    Spills get stuck in the vinyl sealing and their is NO WAY to clean it and forget about getting support on how to. DO NOT PURCHASE!
