    So far we are on our 3rd fridge. First one had water line issues. Second one had a large dent in it. Now waiting on third to be delivered.

    The freezer stopped working in 3 weeks and no agent will help me. Never order from Bestbuy.

    Big but a lot of lost space due to ice trays

    The fridge is bigger than my GE one but because of the ice tray set up I lose a lot of space in the freezer

    This refrigerator has been great so far. I like that there is ice that is easy to collect quietly from the freezer. This helps when someone else is sleeping in the house. The fridge is quiet as well. It works as expected. I wish the light inside was a bit brighter. I also wish you could get ice from the door while it is closed even if the other door is open. The flat front of the fridge actually made our kitchen feel larger.

    Just want to tell my story on the samsung fridge i had . After 4 yrs the 26cf bottom freezer they stop cooling the samsung fridges dont last long at all. Do not buy samsung french door fridges they only last 4yrs until they start haven problems cooling. I paid alot for my fridge an had to buy a new fridge an its not a samsung i buy a french door bottom freezer kenmore . I hope my review helps other people looking to buy samsung french door fridges.

    Extremely disappointed in this fridge. Only bought it 4 years ago and it's not cooling in freezer AND refrigerator. Need to call a Samsung repair person already. Ice maker needs to be defrosted constantly.

    Compressor was bad, never worked

    Had to return, error codes right away. Samsung said the compressor was bad. We’re couldn’t get a hold of anyone via phone to start time return process but was able to get it handled when we went to the store in person

    Water Dispenser Continually Drips

    We loved this fridge - but....the water dispenser drips water, hits the drip tray and runs down the front of the fridge. We have had (4) different techs out and no one can figure out why. It's definitely a manufacture defect, we finally returned the fridge and purchased another brand.

    Ice maker issue

    All Samsung ref has an ice maker issue and will work for 1 year or 2 and will not work after that and they will not have a warranty by then. I paifld 500$ to get it fix

    Just brought this refrigerator 3yrs ago and its not getting cold. What a waste of money. Glad i know about how to make settlement claims. Because am about make sure i put in 1!!!
