I have had this refrigerator for over six months now. And I love it. Everyday there is a new find. Either in the screen or in the refrigerator itself. I love being able to go grocery shopping and seeing exactly what is inside my fridge through the cameras. I totally recommend this refrigerator and would buy again and again.

10/10 for the fridge. 5/10 for the delivery/shipping. Multiple dings and scratches. Awaiting the credit, haven’t seen confirmation or an update yet. Unfortunate our favorite new appliance is the one that got beat up. Smart features are wonderful.

Im very gadget-y! So when this fridge came out, i was super excited. I knew id have it one day! I can pull up my recipes and cook right from the screen! I live it!

We are loving our new refrigerator so far! It’s very spacious and my kids are obsessed with the smart features! The ice maker works well, the interior camera doesn’t show as much as one might hope but it works well, and it’s stays cool all around.

I love the sleek and modern look of this fridge! The family hub is a great addition to the fridge and I receive compliments on it every single time someone comes to my house. My internal camera is amazing and works perfect. There is a ton of space and has numerous shelves for sorting things in the fridge and freezer. The family hub is amazing and has numerous apps. You can upload photos as well as search for recipes while jamming to your favorite music. I love everything about it and I know you will love it also!

I love the refrigerator. I love the family hub. The only thing that i dont love is the protective plastic. I got most of it off but the corners and seams are almost impossible. I work at it a little every day. Have been since march 23rd 2022. I complained but really there is nothing no one can do. Probably would be good if samsung put the plastic on AFTER putting the pieces together. Oh well, live and learn.

Works amazing. The touchscreen is great and the fridge gets super super cold. I highly recommend this fridge for everyone!

High tech appliance for the modern home, a perfect touch of smart technology and asthetics. Very roomy and user friendly, I was able to set up the family hub, upload photos and customize the screen right from the fridge. The stainless steel matches my other appliances by Samsung(range/air fryer)

I like it wish I would’ve got it with a water dispenser. I bought opened box with no damages but when it arrived it had lots of dings,dents, and scratches. I kept it because I couldn’t afford any of the boxed Refrigerators.

Love my fridge, even though it took 20 days from the original delivery date to get delivered (always out of stock). I went without a fridge for 20 days. Lost $300 in food because they kept canceling delivery. Talked to customer service each time it was canceled (they only offered me $100, so customer service is bad too). I do still love my fridge. Grandkids love being able to draw. I love the size, grocery list option, listening to music & seeing inside the fridge from the outside. Buy the fridge, but hope for a better experience getting it.

Loving my Samsung Refrigerator. I'm so happy I purchased this Refrigerator it's everything and more. You can view the inside while out groceries shopping. Ice marker on the door inside the freezer. Equally temp all around. Great Apps Amazon compatible pandora iheart and more

The Alexa and bixby features helps us a lot. The fridge and freezer cools the products rapidly. App supported is an added bonus. Now I and my wife watch videos and listen to songs while we cook.

Broken piece of trash. Multiple hours on Phones with Best Buy no resolution. Not sure how useful total tech is….

Ice maker is not working well, only half the ice bucket is full after 4 days since install. The family hub is fun to have. The Refrigerator and Freezer work well and are cold inside. The best buy delivery service was disappointing, 4 hours late, spilled water on the floor and did not clean up. Hastily removed the protective plastic and left small amounts that are IMPOSSIBLE to remove! Plus their metal dolly scratched the bottom of the side panel. Not a great experience, Never again will I have an appliance delivered by the Best buy crew.

Nothing but always problems and repairs non stop. Today the water push function broke off and wont ever buy again any sumsung fridge. It better to buy water bottles then always calling for service
