the Flex drawer is just another refrigerator drawer. It really doesn't flex much in temperature. Had lunch meat go bad in it. I've had the refrigerator for 15 months and the ice maker has already gone out. You HAVE to turn the water off to the refrigerator in order to change out the water filter. And the refrigerator is extremely hard to move. So I have to turn it off at the road. Don't buy this!!!

Very nice Appliance, great features without braking the bank. A comparable fridge with the same capacity, similar features was $3,200 in most appliance places in town. So saved about 1/3 of the cost.

Place for the refrigerator in my kitchen is a little small but it works. So nice having the water & ice!! Love it so far.

I’ve had this Samsung refrigerator for 3 years and needed 2 repairs that I had to pay for. I do not recommend Samsung.

Amazingly, this expensive refrigerator doesn't come with a simple ice dispensing guide...so when you go to get ice, expect a mess on the floor. Contacted store I purchased it from and Samsung corporate....and one says the part exists...and the other says it doesn't. Very frustrating

It’s a nice fridge however it did not match my whirlpool oven so I took the Samsung fridge back and purchased a whirlpool fridge

Slight disappointment with this item because of the money spent on it I would expect it to have a ice dispenser light which it is equipped to have but doesn’t. Contacted Samsung and Best Buy and both said it should have one. Tried to replace and Best Buy sent 2 more bad ones so I just kept what I had

I bought this Samsung refrigerator to replace a 20 year old Maytag..I don’t know why I waited so long. We love this Samsung...There is tons of space plus a flex drawer. The freezer is large as well with plenty of space for frozen foods.

Had 4 months and the left side door latch started getting stuck and would close properly. Now a piece of the plastic door latch is broken.

Let's put it this way. After replacing a nearly 30 year old GE with this, it's a dream. I got the refrigerator in March 2020 and it's now Dec. 2020. I like the size and the ease of getting items in and out. The bottom drawer freezer is not as bad as I thought it would be. It's large enough to hold quite a bit, but not so large you'll lose items at the bottom. There is a sliding drawer in the freezer for the smaller things. There is also a bin, that's extra, that fits just behind the front of the drawer. The movable shelves in the upper half are nice to have when you have some larger items to put in. The right side door comes with three bins, but I found only two can be used if you have more than two gallon sized items. Now for the cons. When I went into this I knew there were "issues" with the ice maker over the past few years. I would hope after that long it would be fixed. I can tell you NO it isn't. See the picture of the problem. It still makes ice you can't get cubes out. There is a steel rod on the bottom of the ice bucket that gets frozen in a pool on the bottom of the maker. Crushed works because the door flap attached to the bar doesn't need to operate. My other issue is with the doors (this is nit picky). There is a detent to the door that I guess helps hold it shut. But if you lightly push the door close and expect it to shut like the old magnetic seals? Think again. Which brings me to my other issue. The door alarm. It's so soft and at such a pitch I can't hear it over my tinnitus, unless my head is in the fridge at the time. If the alarm tone and volume could be changed? Just saying. Hope this helps. Overall it's not a bad refrigerator. It's just become high maintenance because of the Ice Maker. Now I have to shut it down periodically to get all the unwanted ice to melt.

This refrigerator has all the features I wanted. Even discovered some I didn’t know until I started using it. The chime when the door has been left open is great but annoying if you have it open for a reason.
