This is our first drawer refrigerator. As nice as it looks, after 4 months of use, we don't like it's functionality and plainly, we don't get used to it. Spills are not easy to clean on drawers, specially the front side of the drawers. The shelves on the door by the Ice Maker are wasted space and not very useable. The button to switch from Water to Ice or Crushed Ice has to be pressed twice to select. The push bracket to get water or ice is very hard to push for paper or plastic cups. For us, the bottom freezer drawer is too deep and makes it complicated searching for food. The additional freezer drawer is always banging against something and keeps getting stuck with containers or bags. The Ice maker container is very small so, many times, in a simple social gathering we end up running out of ice and having to run to the store to get extra ice. The Ice maker gets frost too often. Inside the ice tray the ice bridges to a point we have to keep punching the ice down to keep it moving. The icemaker is slow, works poorly and quite noisy. On the cubed ice selection, it spits and shreds ice, struggles to dispense. The ice pieces have a weird frost on them. We read reviews on the Icemaker, and many have reported faults with it. The Flex Zone drawer cannot be used as freezer, doesn’t cool enough. We like the capacity and the outside look, but we are holding our breath on how long the the Ice Maker is going to last. We called Best Buy to see if we could return, exchange or trade but they said we exceeded our 15 day trial period. If anyone reading this review, still likes this fridge, PLEASE find me. I can assure you will get a good deal.

Above all, I made a good purchase. The refrigerator is very quiet, cools perfectly, and the design is really nice for the price I paid. I highly recommend the item.

Check out my new Samsung 4-Door French Door Refrigerator with FlexZone I have had a side by side fridge that has been slowly falling apart for a while now. I was so excited to get the Samsung 4-Door French Door Refrigerator with FlexZone. I love how spacious the top fridge section is and that you can flip, slide and move some of the shelves around to arrange it to your needs. The water/ ice maker works great and is very compact. The control panel on the inside is easy to use and you can lock it if you have little ones that like push buttons lol. You can even control it with the Samsung Smart Things app if you use it. I love the FlexZone, it is one of my favorite features. We currently have it on the Deli setting, but love that it can be customized. It's great for juice boxes and lunch meats, it's even big enough to store a whole sheet cake. I am very pleased with my fridge, it has tons of room that we needed and looks so pretty in my kitchen.

We love the flexibility it has with the various storage drawers especially the middle one which we use for soft drinks. This is our first experience with a bottom freezer which has a lot of room as well as the French door refrigerator area. The black stainless is great because it does not leave any finger prints

Well lit. Compartments are great in the freezer. Very spacious. Super nice looking. So far it has been working well. Easy to clean. No fingerprints on the doors. Love the open door alarm feature. Only thing is the ice comes out crushed in the dispenser every time. Even when using the regular ice selection. But not a big deal for me. My family likes the whole ice but the learned to live with it. Left door spa reps for items are small due to the ice maker, the could have been a bit deeper. Overall is a great fridge for the price.

Very nice refrigerator with lots of space in the fridge and freezer. The disappearing shelf is convenient for taller items and the ice and water in the door is essential. Also we purchased it on the Labor Day sale and the price was great.

Awesome fridge! Spacious and works perfectly. Not loud or anything with the ice making. Recommend to anyone.

We love our new fridge! The best feature is the middle drawer with the adjustable insert and the adjustable shelving in the fridge.

This Samsung refrigerator is just what I was looking for. The 4-door look is attractive. Having access to the deli drawer without having to open the refrigerator is nice too. The fingerprint resistant Stainless Steel is so easy to clean compared to my other regular Stainless Steel appliances. And it really does resist fingerprints! The color of the Stainless still matches my older appliances. I love that the filter is out of the way compared to my older Samsung. There is plenty of room for everything. Oh, and the water/ice dispenser has clean lines and just adds to the overall look. I have had my refrigerator for two months and am completely satisfied. Delivery and installation was painless. Totally a five star purchase!

Love it large nice size works fantastic if I had to buy another refrigerator, it will be the same type. This one looks great we haven’t had it very long, but it runs great and definitely does what we need

Over all this fridge is ok. There is lots of room which we need as a family of 6 and i love the drawer that can either be extra fridge space or extra freezer space. However it has its issues. For a large family the ice bucket is not big enough and the ice is slow to come out the door also sometimes when getting water the lever or back plate you push your cup against sticks and then your cup is over flowing. Ive also had to get different pitchers for our tea and such because the shelve cant be adjusted very much

Everything about this fridge deserves a 5 star. But the icemaker is very disappointing. The cubes are small and very "wet" so they quickly melt in a glass of water. Was told lowering freezer temp would help but doesn't. Love, love the drawer, the wide french doors, the deep freezer and especially how well lit everything is. Easy to see it all.

Was disappointed in the same day pick up as I ordered my fridge at 1pm but it wasn’t ready by 7pm when they closed had to wait till the next day to pick it up. Other than that we loved the fridge. It’s very roomy and works great I love the middle drawer for drinks only downside is the ice maker freezes or gets too cold and it makes a kind of vibrating buzzing over and over when it’s trying to Dethaw. Also it was a display so it was on a weird mode and wouldn’t get cold at first had to dig around on the Internet to figure out how to get it to come on normally.

Have only had a month so far but has been a big improvement over a new GE I had to return. Surprisingly quieter than my last two refrigerators, except for the ice dropping, but I expected that. Tons of room and everything fits in it as it should. Makes plenty of ice and chilled water comes out very cold. Seems so far to be a very good buy for the price paid.

LOVE the size. Holy moly. Was able to fit so much for a party this weekend including a huge 40 person grazing board! The ice doesn't seem to be like, fully ice, but it still works. My FAVORITE feature though is the middle quick access drawer. I'm a small snacker and love my bubble waters in the work day so I just pop those items in here and it keeps them cold without losing ALL the cold air by opening the two larger doors. Water part in the door comes out STRONG so keep your glasses close or the water will fling out of the cup LOL

Samsung - 28 cu. ft. 4-Door French Door Refrigerator with FlexZone™ Drawer - Black stainless steel Purchase Date: 11/07/2021 Purchasing on line was easy and quick and delivery availability was excellent. Squad delivered and set up our new refrigerator. They were quick and efficient. They had to remove our 36" front door and uninstall the refrigerator doors to move the refrigerator into our home however they did this very quickly. The Samsung doors can be removed easily making this process a breeze. Only took a couple of hours for the new refrigerator to get to the temperature settings we chose. The shelving is well designed and versatile to suit most of your product storage needs. The FlexZone drawer is great. The rails of the flex system are good however small items will slide through the rails into the next compartment. Once you get the FlexZone drawer set up the way you prefer, you will find it great for grabbing items you frequently use and without opening the main refrigerator doors. The freezer drawer and inner freezer drawer are spacious and work well for us. Had an issue with the water dispenser in the door, dripped continually for about 2 hours. After a few hours this stopped and the unit has worked fine. Nice, having water, cubed ice, and crushed ice at your fingertips. To date our new refrigerator has worked great.

Overall, I really like this refrigerator. It's surprisingly very quiet, it's spacious, and looks great! My only complain is that you have to press the buttons for ice/water so hard.

This was not our first choice but we were limited on options due to the LG fridge we ordered was on back order (Best Buy notified me of this the day before scheduled delivery). The fridge is spacious, easy to set up and very quiet. My only complaint is the ice maker sprays ice everywhere and there is no lockout for the water/ice dispenser.

This refrigerator is very spacious and simple to use and maintain. It is very quiet and we find the flex drawer to be very convenient. The exterior finish is also of very high quality. We're glad we went the extra bit and purchased the largest fridge that would fit in the kitchen. The water filter is located inside the refrigerator compartment, front and center and easy to reach (waist height). The controls for the settings are also inside the refrigerator compartment lending to a very clean exterior look with only three touch buttons and the water / ice dispenser.

We've had this same refrigerator before at our previous home but had to leave it behind when we moved. Much better lay out than a side by side. The stainless steel doesn't smudge that easily and can be cleaned with an E-cloth. The drawer is the cats pajamas. It keeps drinks at a perfect 34 degrees. Plenty of space in the freezer and easier to get to the contents. The ice maker is kinda small but no other manufacturer seems to make a bigger one. Looks great inside and out.
