Love the depth of the of the freezer and fridge. Holds twice as many groceries. The fridge does not get cold enough. Shelves are not adjustable. Drawers open from the bottom instead of the top. Fridge is noisy. Love the ice maker in the door, it just doesn't make enough ice.

Our first brand new fridge ever, after nearly 18 years of marriage. Got a great price, as we bought a dented floor model on clearance weekend. It works great, and has a ton of space, but we have one significant complaint: The shelves in the door and fridge compartment have no real ability to re-configure, unless you just want to remove some completely. The supplied wine/bottle wire rack reduces clearances too much to use, and the 2 shelves that do adjust move only about 2" or less each. The butter tray only installs at the top of the door, unless you want to waste nearly a third of the door by not using the wire jar holder. Would give the fridge 5 stars if it had reasonable and realistic ability to configure the shelves. (We've had the fridge for about 1 month, BTW.)

I like this refrigerator because it is very spacious. It also has a wine rack and egg basket

It does everything I wanted it to do and it has lots of room. The frig barely fit do to having an island in the kitchen. The power cool and power freeze worked excellent to bring to temperature. Started making ice within 4 hours. Would definitely recommend.

Spent a lot of time reviewing all the brands/models on the market. Needed to get the biggest unit that would fit in a finite space. Every inch is maximized. Am able to fit a pizza box in the freezer. My old side-by-side could not do that. Love the water/ice set up. Design prevents ice from freezing up into a block. Very quiet.

Great buy for us. It is easy to use and has lots of room. Everything is really accessable and easy to clean. lots of door and drawer space.

The delivery crew had to take the doors off to get it into our kitchen but they did a great job. We love the LED lights and the ice maker works great for just the two of us. The only thing that sucks is that the water filter that came with it doesn't filter the odor and bad tasted out of the water. We added an in-line filter behind the fridge and now the water is very good. Samsung should offer a better filter for this model.

bought this fridge on reputation and advice from sales man. i heard from a friend that she had issues with the fridge not being cold enough. that was a few years back so i figured they fixed the issue. well got mine after the first day i had fridge set at 34 deg put two differant style therm. in there and both were reading 40/41!! called tech in and he's replacing the whole board..he said that there is always a varience but shouldn't be almost 10 degree's!!! that's the lowest setting! Anyhow he said samsung's tend to run alittle warmer, to me 41 is to warm and after new board comes in and if it's still the same i'm going to return before the 30 days are up. it's really to bad we love the fridge but being a nice looking fridge with good options won't keep food from spoiling sooner cause it's not cool enough!!!

Overproduced ice so that you would need to turn on no ice until the bucket emptied. Ice gets stuck in the chute and melts so that in the morning you wake up to a huge puddle of water on the kitchen floor - I have a wood floor which is starting to warp because of this and I have only had the unit for 3 months. Now the latest problem is it no longer produces ice period. Samsung customer service is reticent to send out a serviceman until you push back really hard and only then will they schedule one. The defrost in the freezer section only works on and off. The one good thing about the unit is the size which is great. But the problem with the water on the floor, no ice in the door icemaker etc makes the unit less than desirable.
