I'm glad to see that you are overall happy with this soundbar.
If the video on the TV and audio from the soundbar are not synchronized, press the SOUND CONTROL button on the soundbar remote, until you see SYNC on the display. You can then set the audio delay between 0~300 milliseconds by using the Up/Down buttons.

The ARC doesn’t always work which is one reason for the rating I have. I have used the Bluetooth connection yet. The sound from the sound bar is perfect for my family room.

It's awesome when works as it should
||Posted . Owned for 9 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have it paired to a Q70r TV and Panasonic UHD blue ray player. Now when I have soundbar connected to the blue ray player directly via hdmi and then video out from soundbar to TV arc connection I get dobly atmos while watching bluerays which is awesome. Now when I'm watching Netflix, Hulu on TV apps and any other hdmi connection ARC will work for a a day or two and then stop working. TV wont even give me the option to switch sound to HDMI arc. I also have to use the soundbar remote to change the volume when watching bluerays. Yes..CEC is on. I even disable wifi on soundbar so it stops defaulting to wifi. It is so frustrating to have to reset everything to get it to work all the time. The only time everything is fine is if I use Optical cable or don't have the blue ray player directly connected to the soundbar. But then I don't get Atmos. I can't wait for the supposedly EARC update for the tv so I can get ATMOS without connecting blueray player directly to soundbar. If earc doesn't come soon I definitely will never buy a Samsung TV and soundbar again. You would think Samsung products should work perfectly together. Nope.
