Get this sound bar.It is worth it! Very easy to install and pair up.I got another one for our other TV.

Many cool features allowing wireless use all all devices including tv. Has optional rear speakers as well.

This is a good sound bar but it still has a was to go in my opinion. The wireless on this sound bar can be a pain.

I have this paired through the ARC connection with my Samsung Q80 TV and the sound is incredible!

This soundbar looks great and replaced an older brand that I had since 2009. Now to preface this review, I have to state that my TV was also purchased in 2009. Unboxing the soundbar was easy. Everything from the wall mounts to the remote control was packed neatly. The unit came with the appropriate power cords for the subwoofer and soundbar. However, the age of my TV plays a major part of this unit. From what I have read, back in 2009, HDMI ARC was being included in the newer TV’s at the time, and of course I do not have it on my TV, even though I have 5 HDMI ports and none of them support the HDMI ARC that is needed to connect the TV to the soundbar. The only other way to connect this soundbar to a TV at this point is to use an optical cable if your TV has one. Thankfully mine did, otherwise, this unit was to be rendered useless. Why don’t they offer an optical cord? It’s cheap enough and surely cheaper than the included HDMI cord, which I have a plethora of. The instruction booklet was pretty easy to understand once I understood the lack of HDMI ARC on my part. Besides the cord issue, once I got that situated, the connection between the wireless subwoofer and the soundbar was instant once both was powered on. No pairing was needed on each. Then switched the input of the soundbar to the corresponding one and I finally heard sound. It took me a good 3 hours to figure it out. Kind of frustrating not knowing that if you do not have HDMI ARC on your TV, you either need to use an optical cable if your TV has a port for or your other option is to get an adapter to either convert your normal HDMI to a HDMI ARC. There is no option for any other types of connections like the RCA white and red cables of old. Apparently that has gone pretty much the ways of the Do-do bird. But I have read that optical is better than RCA jacks. So there’s that. Once I was able to get it operational and thinking I needed to buy a new TV to use this soundbar, the sound was good. It is indeed louder and I will need to tweak the sound settings. I am also using adaptive sound profile. The subwoofer is another animal that I am new to as well. My old soundbar didn’t have a subwoofer so I was interested to see what that added. So far, I do hear the bass but the basic sound so far, without tweaking anything seems a bit too tinny and not enough body compared to my unit without a subwoofer. That was weird to me. Like I said, I’ll need to play with that a bit more. It does get plenty loud though granted, but the richness is just not there yet. More playing with the settings is in order before I really judge. I mean my old soundbar is over 10 years old! So this new unit must be better right?! Verdict is still out. Day 2. I had some time to play with the settings through the Samsung app. In the app, you are able to tweak the sound settings. There is the basic settings, a few pre-sets and also a more advanced option that I chose to really dial in what I personally feel is the best sound for my room. I think I have it the way I want it to sound. Now I can tell the “loudness” I hear is because of the extra wattage that this unit has compared to my older soundbar. I then went on and tried out the other settings. The wifi settings seemed interesting, but bottom line like an FM radio of sorts. You can only use one app and I do not see any way to add additional services. In that one app, there are many “radio” stations to choose from so there’s that. I can foresee using it during a gathering where you want some background music and have that running. And finally, I tried the bluetooth functionality. Please take note that you can only connect one device at a time and playing anything else with sound or bluetooth will immediate cut this feature off and the other apps have priority. I chose to use my basic player on my phone and played a few albums but almost the same genre in music. There were tracks that were very bass heavy and you can feel that in the subwoofer and the music here literally sings here. I get no distortion or any bluetooth “pops” with my connection. I am using an android phone with the latest stock software and bluetooth 5.0 LE. So bottom line, for the price, you can tell the quality of the speakers in certain aspects of certain media you play. If you watch a lot of movies or listen to tracks from your phone, this is an awesome piece of tech to have. Just be sure you either have HDMI ARC or an optical audio port (which is NOT included in the box-I personally had to buy one) because those are the only two ways you can connect this sound bar system to your TV.

Impressive sound range. It can easily fill a living room at a relatively low volume.

Easy to use and set up. Makes the sound from tv much more enjoy and easy to understand speech.
