HDMI Connection Problems - TV would turn on/off

Connected it through Apple TV device. First couple of days it worked great and loved the sound. Day three came and when I would start my TV it would work for 10 seconds and then shut my tv off because it would lose the HDMI signal. I read online this happens a lot with people. The fix online said to use the optical cable for hookups instead of the HDMI, but if you do this then you lose the Dolby Experience which is why I bought it. I would have bought a much cheaper sound bar if I didn’t need/want the Dolby sound. I heard that people still have problems when sending in the defective product so I didn’t want this after I noticed the issues. I ended up returning it and will wait for Sonos to come out with a Dolby capable sound bar.
