Thank you for purchasing the Samsung K650 Soundbar.
If the Soundbar is connected to a digital TV and the video appears out of sync with the audio, press the SOUND CONTROL button on the remote control to sync the audio with the video. Use the arrow buttons to set the audio delay between 0 ms ~ 300 ms. In TV mode and BT mode, the Audio Sync function may not be available.

My only issue is the wireless speaker kit would not pair with it. I tried two sets of them and no luck. I bought a radiant r5 and it will pair with it through the multiroom app, but unless you have a Samsung tv with soundconnect you cannot play the tv through both at the same time...very frustrating.

However, occasionally the sound cuts out for a split second and when it first comes on there's a popping sound. Both are so minor compared to the sound quality and ease of use that I wouldn't think of return it.

It all sounds terrific when used from the phone app and streamed stations available on the phone app. The controls on my phone are excellent. However, I have not figured out how to use it well as WiFi sound for my TV viewing. Dialogue is hard to understand and the volume changes drastically throughout the programs. If I turn on the phone app to control sound it is even worse. Out of sync, echo, still hard to understand dialogue.

We hardly recognized Frank's voice on the first one, It sounded very "tinny". What a difference with this model! We purchased this Samsung and are very happy with its sound when we watch TV.

The problem comes when I added the Samsung WiFi speakers for the rear channels. Multiroom needs work. If I use the speakers w/ my phone app then I need to manually re-connect the TV next time I use it. Also the soundbar has sound inputs, but it is incapable of broadcasting that audio to the other speakers for 5.1 sound. The only way to get 5.1 is to have the TV configured to communicate directly to the rear speakers.

I hooked up the sound bar with my Samsung Radiant 360 R1 speakers for great surround sound. My wife and I kept on looking behind us when we were watching TV, thinking there was was something making a noise... but it was the speaker coming from the TV.
