Timer and Pre-Heat Buzzer Sound Doesn't Work

First time I cooked in it, it worked great. Then the sound of the timer and the pre-heated sound was very low. Samsung is being very difficult to work with and keeps giving new tickets numbers for service, but then won't call me back to tell me their tech departments' results. Most every appliance and electronics in my home is Samsung, but the wall oven most likely will be the last Samsung we buy.

Beautiful oven and great addition to new kitchen

Having wifi controls allows you to see how far along you are in the baking process. One caution is that because it is electric the temperatures need to be adjusted accordingly in order to ensure it doesn't burn on top.

The 2 installers were able to navigate the space with a large, heavy oven, hook up the electrical service with no problems, and fit it in the cabinet perfectly. They were polite and pleasant as well.
