Was broken in the box. I made the mistake of not opening it right away. It sat in my den for two months waiting on the kitchen to be ready for it when it was I opened it to find a broken corner. Best Buy was no help and sent me to the manufacturer they scheduled me with a service now I’m waiting on them to call me. Looks like I spent $600 on broken glass.

Brst buy person that helped md ordered a new stove top when all i needed was a part. You guys do t do parts pitsode of warrenty.
