    The buttons are a bit insensitive, have to push them rather forcefully to get the function to register. Our first convection oven, we like this method of cooking better the conventional ovens. The oven is quite a bit larger then our previous one, it takes a fair amount of time for this one to get to the set temperature.

    I like the look of the stove but it has it's issues. 1) It does not clean very well and does scratch easily. 2) when broiling you need to have the oven door open during or you will get a burning plastic smell from the top vent Other than that i;m happy with my purchase.

    The ceramic/glass top is hard to keep clean. Using recommended cleaning products work although tough marks could use some extra scrubbing which will take the finish off the surface and give it a dull look.

    I've had this oven for less than 5 years and have had to repair it several times including an exploding heat coil. Additionally, the knob/burner configuration is confusing, even after all these years.
