It’s amazing. I love how spacious it is. I’ve had no problems with it since I got it installed. The delivery was easy, and they also moved my old fridge to the garage,

Was delivered but the guys that came must have been in a hurry, they did hook water up an get it working they were awful, further more the refrigerator top half is off it's not level with the bottom, wish I had never gotten it.

Dear Samsung,
I’m so disappointed, and feel very unseen and unheard. My brand new, TWO MONTH OLD fridge has been broken for a month due to a broken compressor. A technician came to diagnose it, and said he would be back in a week with a new compressor. This sounded inconvenient— I have a baby and a toddler, and having a fridge is especially important for their health and diet needs. But I know that things happen sometimes and so I was gracious and patient.
A week went by and the technician came back, but to his surprise the new compressor was also damaged. It would be another week before he could get a second replacement. Another week without a fridge for my family. But these things happen, and I decided to stay positive and patient. (All while feeding my family Ramen noodles and soup from a can for another week).
Well today we got a call that the new compressor came, and lo and behold it is ALSO damaged. Three damaged compressors. A month without a fridge. And to top it off, Thanksgiving is next week and we are hosting my entire family at my house. I was frustrated but confident that if we called Samsung, surely they would help make this right.
But I was wrong. Where I was expecting to be met with compassion, I got coldness. There was “nothing they could do.” I talked to four different people, and brought up different solutions. Expedite the new compressor, replace the fridge, refund the fridge. Nothing. I feel like I’m being held hostage by Samsung’s poor customer service. I was made to feel as if my concerns weren’t valid, but it is not right to wait a month for my brand new fridge to work. I have babies who need milk.
I have typically been a fan of Samsung products- my three year old even has our Samsung washing machine song memorized. But I’m so frustrated and disappointed that I honestly don’t know if I’d purchase anything from Samsung again.

Not sure how well I like this product. My older Samsung was built much better. The shelves are adjustable but the heights aren't great for getting milk into the fridge.

This fridge has a great look and feel for my kitchen. It has great size and I seem to be able to store more in this fridge. I love the ability to have two types of Ice!!!
