Interestingly this is the first time I have needed to replace a TV that quit working. I can't complain, in fact I bought another 32" Samsung. My TV was very old and worked perfectly until the day the picture quit. When I went in to Best Buy I knew what I wanted and the salesperson who first approached me didn't try to sell me something different. I appreciated that and was in and out of the store within a half hour. New Samsung working beautifully. Thank you, Jeanne

This TV was a heck of a bargain. I got it on black friday at a great price. I told my uncle in florida about it, he hasn't purchased a tv in years. he couldn't believe that you could get a quality TV for the price I paid for this.
There was absolutely nothing wrong with this tv, but I'd decided to upgrade to an even better Samsung one (I have this in my camper) so bought an upgraded Samsung because it was also still Black Friday week and took this back. not because there were any issues, just even got a better deal is all.

It serves the pupose. I preferred the old, 16-17 year old, Samsung 32" it replaced. The sound of the new unit is a bit tinny, unimpressive. I'd much prefer a TV with quality front firing speakers. That said I think the Samsung televisions are of good quality.

Bought this as a replacement for a 'dumb' TV in the bedroom. Been looking for a while, glad I waited.
So far, have no complaints about this at all. Picture is sharp set up was quick and easy. Sound is OK, but have a Bluetooth soundbar that is used most of the time.
While it is not the least expensive one in this size, another selling point was it is just about the same to set up and run as the Samsung we have in the living room. Who needs to learn another device?
The only 'complaint' that I have is not original...the remote...really? A 50 button old school one? Would much rather have the minimalist style of that the larger Samsung in the living room has. Also, the standard remote cannot 'talk' to Alexa.

Happy with TV. A good 2nd TV. Has good picture and sound quality okay. Picture quality looks as good as my 4K big screen TV. Must use remote for all controls as there is nothing on TV. Like most current TV's in price bracket limited input and outputs. Ordered open box excellent condition. It was shipped without legs and any instructions. Had to do a factory reset before I could setup TV. (That should have been done before shipping). Chat site said I could go to store to get legs. (They made Chat site very difficult to talk to a person. Chat site only good if your questions fit their subjects). Store said they could not order legs and I must order legs myself. TV should have been classified as good instead of excellent.

I’m really happy with my new Samsung TV. It was easy to set up/make an account with Samsung. The picture quality is excellent—sharp, bright, and vibrant—and the sound quality is surprisingly good for its size. I also love how smooth and easy the apps are to use; everything loads quickly and works great. It’s the perfect TV for my small room and fits the space perfectly. Definitely a great purchase.
Best buy delivery was fast too.

Good - Picture, ease of setup
Bad - Unbelievably slow UI to get to your Apps. UI defaults to random Apps you dont use to watch current events on TV.
Use it for my someone who is older and not super tech savy - able to get figure out, but the slowness is a really concerning. Almost seems like the TV has frozen sometimes when backing out of Apps
