    Picture quality good; sound is good once you adjust the setting to "amplify". However, the tv seems to " jump off" the wifi although my wifi signal is excellent. This has happened often and is very frustrating. Otherwise, no complaints!

    Excellent customer service. Sunny was knowledgeable with the different brands of TVs and helped us choose the exact one we needed for the room. We are happy that it was actually delivered that night to our house. We set it up quickly and it is in full use.

    TV was easy to set up and has a lovely vivid picture. My concern is it smelled like something was burning. No sign of smoke, all packaging had been removed, however, it smells of smoke whether it is turned on or off. I did not purchase the warranty offered and assumed it could not be returned. I guess I’m stuck.
