    This tv is not worth the money. It’s like you’re back in 2010. Poor quality, very slow operations, picture mode is not good (they want you to have a prescription). Overall 2/10 quality.

    I like the tv but it took 2geek squad technicians to make it work for me

    Bought 32”. Difficult to mount - thinking about paying for Geek Squad to handle. Also curious re picture quality v. 4K Samsung that is actually less $. Finally, does the 32” have motion detection? Another Review said NO…?

    Open-Box missing very expensive replacement cable

    I purchased an open-box. It's missing the One Connect power cable. Not sure how Best Buy can test and certify the item as an "excellent condition open-box" Frame TV without the cable to connect the One Connect box to the tv as that is how it is powered.

    It is not digital frame it is a tv. The app did not work, we cannot download pictures.

      I'm sorry to hear you had issues with the SmartThings app. If your TV status is stuck in a particular state or does not respond to an action in your SmartThings app, you might want to try the following steps:

      1) Please make sure both devices are connected to the same local network. The phone and TV must be connected to the same network as your router to be discovered by the app.

      2) Refresh the device using the SmartThings app. From the Devices tab, swipe down to refresh the device list.

      3) Delete and re-add the device on the SmartThings app.
