Trust Samsung for their displays. Colors are vibrant and OLEDs are amazing with contrast ratio. Tried out a few 4k demo reels on YouTube and I was so impressed by the picture quality at this price point. (got mine for about $200 off so even better) That being said. Samsung...Please stop forcing the smart TV OS onto things that are supposed to be gaming monitors. The amount of clicks I have to go through to change the output to my work PC is absurd because I have to have this whole menu that I didn't ask for. Why would I want to install Netflix and Apple TV apps on a screen that's going to be hooked up to a PC at all times? Why are you asking me to connect my monitor to WiFi? Why does my iPhone constantly see it as a bluetooth device to pair to? It's clunky, unnecessary, and annoying.

Bought this for the oled screen and it doesn’t disappoint. The picture quality is extremely crisp would definitely recommend.

I have several OLED TV's and this monitor delivers just as much color and vibrancy as an LGC2 and my S90C. Great refresh rate at 240hz makes gaming on it a joy. Definitely recommend it to someone looking at a new monitor and like to play in 4K or even 1080p. If you're wanting 1440p look for a monitor that's specifically for that resolution as it's less expensive and doesn't have the periodic blurring that's comes from downscaling 4k to that odd resolution.

The Samsung 32" Odyssey OLED G8 (G80SD) is quite frankly the best all-around screen ever made. That encompasses being a monitor and a television which is a line that this monitor blurs very well. The packaging for this monitor is protective and everything was secure, as you are assembling the monitor you will get a feel for the premium materials that the G8 is made of as well as how thin the screen actually is. After plugging in my inputs and the power cable (which does stick out further than I would like) you are greeted with a welcome screen that walks you through setting up your smart monitor features as well as pairing the remote and attaching your Samsung account. Some of the setup process screens don't use the true black color so they are gray and blown out I feel like Samsung should have taken the time to make the whole setup process with little touches like full OLED black screens to really "WoW!" you as you are setting up your screen but this is my only real gripe with the whole package. After setting everything up and getting VRR enabled as well as turning up my refresh rate I was off to the races. Games looked wonderful and ran smoothly at native resolution as well as upscaled. The screen is wonderful to look at and the glare reduction technology is very noticeable (in the best of ways). Samsung added cooling technology to the monitor so after many hours of gaming I was quite surprised to notice or in this case not notice any real heat coming from the screen, some monitors get so hot they rival big screen TVs but the G8 was still cool to the touch. One thing I would like to see is Samsung update the screen to allow a higher refresh rate at lower resolutions like 360 Hz at 1080p for fast twitchy games like other monitor manufacturers have done and it seems like a reasonable and feasible update. The smart apps all ran quickly and looked great I even found myself using them instead of turning on my PC when I just wanted to watch a quick video which saves some electricity and time! Overall, the Samsung Odyssey OLED G80SD bring the best of all categories, high refresh rates, ridiculous contrast and viewing angles, large OLED screen and smart apps which make it the best all-around screen ever created for the masses in my book. You won't be disappointed with the Odyssey G8!

The Samsung 32” Odyssey QD-OLED G8 is a top-tier gaming monitor with stunning 4K visuals, super fast 240Hz refresh rate, and an ultra-responsive 0.03ms response time. Overall, if you want crazy smooth gameplay and amazing picture quality, this monitor is worth it—though it comes at a high price.

Even if I had nothing good to say about Samsung, I couldnt hate this monitor if I tried. This monitor is ideal as an HDR panel and in video games this produces incredibly immersive images. The monitor is bright. For indoor(normally lit). Almost too bright (but you can cap the brightness). In daylight, the monitor is fine due to matte. The second you turn off one source, this thing goes back to being an amazing Tizen Oled. The processing speed is unlike anything ive seen from any streaming device. And I also own a great Nvidia Shield TV. Upscaling for old content is top notch. The audio level always seems to be perfect due to AI. The built in speakers (while loud) have a very limited frequency response. Guessing like 300hz and up but I cant be sure. I got it for 780 open box. Dont hate me hate the game.

Great lighting and picture quality. OLED screen helped with my eye strain. A detraction for having Smart TV features. Doesn't need Smart TV features since its advertised as a monitor.

I purchased this monitor to replace my non-OLED Samsung, and overall, it's a fantastic upgrade. The sleek design, vibrant colors, and excellent refresh rate truly stand out. However, I’m giving it four stars for the following reasons: When I brought it home and started setting it up, I realized it didn’t come with a remote. I had to use the buttons on the back and set up my phone to complete the startup. I contacted customer support, who advised me to visit the store where I purchased it. When I went, I was told there was nothing they could do. I even drove from Tacoma to Bellevue, where I picked it up, only to be told the same thing. I’m not sure how to proceed at this point, but this has been a frustrating experience.

Prduct is absolutely amazing, from the OLED 4k screen with true black HDR paired with a good pc is easily a 10/10. On top of the streaming feature its as if you bought a TV as well, with the AI upscale to near 4k on nearly every show you'll watch. You'll have a hard time finding someone else.

Decent monitor. I was aware of the smart features, so I feel I can't be too critical of them. But I sure did not like them. I was using this is a monitor and having to swap to the PC and get 2 pop ups, that you need the remote to remove or have your screen half blocked for like 15 seconds, got old fast. I had some issues too with 3 pink 0's popping up as an overlay more than once, I don't know how they appeared and only went away after unplugging the monitor for a few minutes. Nice screen though, the matte coating is actually not bad and grainy like some and really helped with the light in my room. If you have a bright room and want a 4K OLED this is the one. I returned mine in the end just because it wasn't what I wanted. But if you have a bright room and like smart features, this is the 32" 4K monitor to get.

Very nice monitor. The monitor itself looks amazing and the picture looks really nice. The only downside, I bought it for productivity, the picture does not go as bright vs my other monitors. It somehow looks darker than the others no matter I set it up. Also I want a monitor to just turn on and get straight to business, the interface is more of a TV than a monitor. I could have given it 5 stars if it werent for that.

I recently had to replace my 144hz 55" samsung ark monitor and wasn't too sure on what to replace it with. This was a much smaller screen than I was used to but i decided to pull the trigger. Boy was i glad i did. The image quality is absolutely amazing. My games feel WAY smoother and the colors are very vivid. The screen itself is thin and the stand is low profile and flat. The monitor even comes with better sounding speakers than my 55" monitor, and that thing was $2000+. Especially with the $300 gift card around the pre-order window, it's the perfect time to upgrade. The frame does feel a little delicate on the back, but it hasn't given me any issues. No screws were needed for anything, the stand just pops onto the back with a good clip and you're good to go.

Great picture quality. True 4k gaming. Every game looks amazing on this monitor using my RTX 4090. Once I'm done gaming, I usually use the smart hub to watch a movie or a show and the picture looks amazing. It also has built in speakers. To be honest the speakers are a bit on the lower side, so if you're like me and love to blast music from the smart hub on your Samsung devices I'd suggest getting a sound bar as well.

I have a great appreciation for quality. And that’s exactly what this monitor is, quality. The build quality is the best. They could’ve cheated out like the others and produced it out recycled tires but they didn’t. The picture just makes me wanna use my com even more. The smart feature is great. Don’t know why the new model did away with it

I got an open-box with excellent condition. It is brand new works great. The only thing that it did not come with was the plastic on the screen but that’s okay. OLED display looks amazing compared to my 1440p asus monitor.

It is really good for gaming as well as productivity. I used it as full time for job and tv features and sometimes games and it is really nice. Much much better then Alienware 32 inch OLED. Cons: Color accuracy is not good as expected
