WAS HUNG UP MULTIPLE TIMES AND STILL NO ONE HAS HANDLED THE ISSUE. I PAID FOR 5 YEAR EXT WARR AND NOW TELLING ME TO PAY FOR SERVICE!!!!! I PAID AND No service provided on this request. I did not need a repair; I only need a product sent to me that was left out of the packaging when shipped. I was charged $250 for a LP Conversion Kit that was already paid for when bought the Stovetop.

Bad Description - Features are not correct

You cannot control the hood from the cooktop. I wasted my money!

Less than 30 days and already one of the knobs stopped working. Samsung customer service is terrible and unresponsive.

I have a larger than normal hole (hehe) and was hoping this was truly 22 inches but its 21... with the nub being an extra inch. I frankly don't like the wifi nub and cant understand who the heck would want a wifi stove.
