There was a dented plate on the back of the machine. Other than that, the washer is very good.

We purchased the Samsung Samsung 4.0 Cu. Ft. 8-Cycle Top-Loading Washer about 4 weeks ago and have used it 2-3 times a week since. Washer is performing very well, we especially like the roomy tub, there's no spindle in this Samsung...so more room for dirty clothes! The Best Buy sale price made this a great deal and the no interest 18 month financing was a nice bonus!

Cleans nicely and can handle a large load. Easy to use.

This machine has been great I love the music at the end of the load. I wish i had gotten the one with thte display so I could know when the load would be finished.

No rotating part in the tub, more room for clothes. All digital settings work great. Plus it even plays a little tune when your clothes are done!

This has been a great purchase, the price was perfect. It's nice being able to wash my comforter again!! Love the cute chime when cycle is done!

Delivered and installed about a week ago and many loads later it is excellent. Way more hi-tech than out old washer, so we'll see how it lasts.

This washer is huge! I don't miss the agitater. Many cycles and options.

Got this machine as a recall replacement. Basically the same machine as the recalled one , but hopefully no problems will happen to this one.

Went to Best Buy , and sales rep was so proffesional.. I learn so much about washing and drying machine .. Incredible after all this years ., t love the washing machine , very easy to work with., I like it a lot.. Only down side it's the fact that it doesn't have a led clock, so don't have any idea went it's going to finish.

Love everything Samsung puts out in appliances. Newer style (no agitator in middle of unit) had me skeptical but this beast gets out the toughest stains.

The load size is huge. The operation of the washer is very simple.

I will never buy a Samsung washer again! What good is all the fancy lights and sounds if it doesn't wash clothes? This is a pair of jeans after washing it twice. We have spoken to 5 people on the phone (spent more than 2 hours), a technician has come out 3X, he replaced the board and a spring but doesn't change the fact that the machine is a failure! All they say is "don't fill it up too high, make sure it's balanced". Are you kidding? I have been washing clothes for 15 years and never had this much trouble. Try to blame a failed designed on too many clothes. I'm not an idiot we have tried barely any clothes, which still didn't work. And if having barely any clothes "fixed" it, what kind of washing machine is that if I can't put CLOTHES IN IT! Saving up our money to buy one that works. Such a waste of my time and life. We have 3 kids under 6 and this is one headache we do not need in our life. Save yourself the trouble and buy another brand.

I am so in love with this washer! It is so quiet compared to my old one. I have not experienced any of the problems as described in some of the other reviews. The control panel is easy to operate and this machine offers so many options. LOVE!
